Breakfast was almost gone by 8:30 am and not replenished soon enough.
Also breakfast was not served in the main breakfast room due to other function happening that first morning of stay.

Friendly staff, fast checkin & checkout. Very clean. Very happy stay. ** The front walking steps to enter the building, the Center dividing slope. It will good or highly recommended to paste sticker marks with different Colors. International traveller might missed it, step on it & fell.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
My feedback on the following that would need improvements:
1. room wifi - connectivity wasn't good upon my check-in. I had to use another login given by the staff and the signal was weak.
2. broaden the breakfast spread on Skydex and to keep the food warm at all times.
3. increase the television channels by adding news broadcast like CNA, CNN and to have Korean channel.
Overall, my stay was pleasant and will book again if I make another trip to KK. Thank you.

I like the hotel exterior and interior design very modern. Rooms are comfy. The sky bar had a fantastic view of the mountain and river. It makes having breakfast very enjoyable. Wifi was good too. The downside is that the breakfast spread at the sky bar could be more variety and more tasty, then that will be great.
