Great views. If you don't have your own transportation, you're a bit isolated here. But that's part of the draw. It's about an hour's drive from the city, and it's generally quiet and has fantastic scenery. On weekends, it gets a little busy with day visitors who come for the sunset and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.

unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast

View was lovely from the balcony! Unfortunately the restaurant was too far for my Mom, who is in her 80s and can’t walk very well. So we packed dinner to eat in the room. Amenities are sufficient.

The breakfast buffet was very basic and not up to standard for a resort buffet. The room was terrible as we have to bear with the sewer smell. Also, the hot water was not functioning well. It is worth to note that the route to this place was challenging as most part of the route were under construction. The scenery is unbeatable, however the management need to improve on the service if they want guest to repeat their stay.

Room cleanliness can be majorly improved. Especially the toilet. Rooms feels stuffy and musty. However, balcony is great. Clean and great view. Food is alright. Acceptable but can be improved. Hopefully this criticism can be taken as constructively because I would love to repeat a visit here. However I would only repeat if there 's a significant improvement in the mentioned areas.

This resort is good if you want to run from city life and close to the nature. It just on the F&B part, we have to wait more than 1 1/2 for our dinner to be served. The funny part was that me and my husband ordered the same"Tuaran Mee"but it seems like they cooked it differently. It takes another 10-15min for them to serve the 2nd Tuaran Mee. Maybe you can eat before you go there. For the breakfast, they served buffet so no problem.
