Highly recommended, the receptionist is very humble, I booked this hotel for my parents and they really love it! Wish to book this hotel again if they come to Terengganu.

overall, it was a pleasant stay. obviously, there is not many people during the time I check in, due to the CMCO here in Malaysia. room was nice. breakfast was superb. I love the nasi dagang very much. only the parking area may cause some issue, as you need to walk a little distance to reach hotel lobby. the rest is good. didn't go to the pool as I was on business trip alone..
Location is good, near several places of interest. Rooms are okay. One of the rooms we booked was upgraded so that my family and I can stay nearby. That was highly appreciated
- The room was clean, with no unpleasant smell. And the toilet was clean.
- Affordable yet satisfying.
- The location is quite far from the main attraction but GrabCar still knows the hotel location since it's quite famous among tourists.
- Definitely will come again.
The room was spacious, clean and comfy! They even upgraded us to Premier Cliff Bay Suite room. I requested for an anniversary bed arrangement and that too, was awesome! They gave us cute anniversary cake as a bonus. Definitely will come again after the monsoon. Thanks Taaras.
