My apologies for the delayed response regarding feedback on the GENO Hotel. I have a few comments to share:
Firstly, I found the parking rate to be quite expensive compared to other 4-star hotels in the surrounding area. Secondly, during my check-in, there was a lady (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) who insisted that I must check in exactly at or by 3:00 PM. I found this quite unreasonable, as most hotels—even 5-star ones—generally allow a bit more flexibility with check-in times.
Thirdly, the room cleanliness could be improved, particularly the condition of the carpets. However, the bed, duvet, and pillows were overall comfortable and acceptable.
I did not try the hotel’s meals as I only stayed for one night, mainly to get a sense of what it’s like to stay at the GENO Hotel.
Lastly, I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to the two gentlemen at the front office who assisted me during check-out. They were both excellent in performing their duties—kudos to them!
As for staying at GENO Hotel again, I would consider it—especially if there’s a special rate or promotion available. These comments are based on my personal experience, and as someone who has been in the service industry for many years, I hope they are taken constructively.
