This is my fourth stay here. After returning to Aceh from Europe, I always stop here for a stopover. So, whenever I go to KL, I always stay at this hotel. It's close to Chow Kit Market, offering a variety of dishes and snacks, from Acehnese cuisine to Padang cuisine to nasi kandar. It's just a short walk away. It's also close to the Kampung Baru Jamek Mosque, allowing for comfortable congregational prayers within walking distance. The staff are friendly, check-in/out is fast, the rooms are clean, and the Wi-Fi is good. I'll stay again if I go to KL.

Tune hotel was good. The area there was good too. The service surprisingly very good, because they will clean up the room and put new water every day. So, once you back to the hotel your room will be more clean and confident. There is a mini lounge too on the 1st floor, so don’t worry if you’re hungry at midnight you can go downstairs or just let them do the delivery. All the staffs there was very helpful. Thank you Tune hotel for the amazing 4 days! ♥️

The overall hotel experience was great; we were approached and helped right away upon arrival; front desk staff Mubahil was very helpful and attended to our questions and needs; the room was clean and very comfortable; check in process is quick; will surely recommend
