The front desk staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the room amenities were complete, even a hairdryer was provided. Thank you 🙏☺️

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is right in front of Jalan Bukit Bintang, next to the hotel there is the Hock Kee restaurant which is currently viral and the MRT and bus stop are just a few steps from the hotel.

All staff are very nice. Always say hello, and ask if they can help. The receptionist also very nice, a Chinese guy with glasses (sorry, forgot the name), really helpful. Everything is nice and wonderful. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to KL. Also very convenient to go anywhere tourist spot. Just walking distance to Pavilion Mall.

This hotel is highly recommended! For the price and its location right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, this hotel is highly recommended. Access to the monorail and Lot 10 is only 5 minutes, Fahrenheit can be accessed through the back entrance in 5 minutes, and TRX Mall is also only a 10-15 minute walk. There's also a 7-Eleven, Zus Coffee, and a coin-operated laundry right next door, so it's safe if you don't have a lot of clothes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

Stayed here for a short trip and was blown away! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfy bed, and great views of the city. The breakfast buffet was great - loved the local dishes 🍜. Would totally stay again!

The location is top notch, but I really enjoyed the game night at the rooftop where you met other travelers and played fun games facilitated by a volunteer of the guest house.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to all shopping centers, culinary, and transportation. 👍🏻 Room 703's city view is really great. To Jalan Alor, Hainan Che Meng, Mon Chinese Beef, through the side alley of the hotel is very close. To the train station is also close.
