Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

Service is very good, room is clean and spacious, location is near to pavilion, just walk through the glass bridge.

Our 5-night stay in a two-bedroom unit was pleasant. The breakfast menu was great, the room was neat and clean, and the location in the city center made it easy to access everywhere. The infinity pool and its view from the skydeck were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Outstanding heritage hotel with a strong customer service focus. Rooms are large, well furnished with some traditional Malay decor. Breakfast buffet is varied and all food is of a good quality. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For a person who hates cold but loves swimming, Hotel Maya's hydrotherapy lukewarm pool is perfect. And the room's bathtub is lovely. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Convenient with walking distance

Everything was great here and most importantly it is a strategic place to stay. Definitely will go back next time.
