I check in time are very late, around 10pm, very lucky still got hotel staff to serve us, and her are so friendly. Nice room design and room saiz enough for us. Carpark are provided, it is below the the Hotel and outside the Hotel also have alot of space. Room and toilet are clean, aircond cool, TV channel clear. The only thing not good is we can hear a little sound of door closing sound ' iee.....' come from other room when people moving the door, our toilet door also got the iee... sound but not loudly. Anyway overall is good, we like it and will visit again.

My first night at the hotel our flight arrived late, so we pulled up about 2am local time. Security's presence gave us peace of mind, and they even helped get our luggage inside. The front desk checked us in within minutes. This hotel is very clean. We stayed a week and became comforted by the light floral smell you notice each time you enter. It is walking distance from Da Men mall, multiple restaurants, a clinic, and a convenience store. The hotel staff helped me use grab every day with a smile, and public transport is also nearby. The bed was comfortable, a/c worked really well, tv had good channels, and there was even a hot water maker in the room. We are looking forward to staying there again when the chance presents itself.

The room and bathroom are clean, aircon, water heater, lights, and TV are all functioning well. The bed is comfortable. Can borrow a hair dryer from the counter. 👍 Staffs are friendly.☺️

No meal. The hotel has no coffee house, but restaurants/cafes are available all around the area. The hotel is near and within walking distance to Daiman Mall, Summit Mall, Giant, and Mydin.

I stayed at this hotel for quite a long time, 5 days. Initially, when I had my own room, the room had an unpleasant smell, but when I moved to another room with two of us, unexpectedly there was no smell even though this room also had no windows. For two of us, the room area is a bit narrow. Room cleanliness is okay. It's just a shame there is no hair dryer. The receptionist is very kind & friendly. Overall staying here is satisfying.

Toilet not so clean, I need to wash the floor again when I go in, got sand. My room just right beside lift, so I can always listen the sound of lift operation, however not big issue for me. Will come back again.

For a budget hotel in a good neighborhood, the stay was good and comfortable. The receptionist guy (on 8 & 9 July-day shift) was so nice and helpful to us And the smell of lavender at the lobby was inviting and soothing. Overall, it was a good stay.
