Staff was helpful and check in process is quite fast, security deposit 200 MYR for 2 rooms cashless, still waiting for the reimbursement back. Room with 2nd Floor Bed room is spacious, clean. There was power outage Incidents from 2AM until 6 AM. AC unit 1 was trouble, engineering staff was helpful fixing the AC. Pool was closed for renovations.Area near tourism area of Bukit Bintang and quite. Food for breakfas was limited menu, need to add more variations in the future. Overall still need improvement in facility and the services

I had a pleasant stay at Lloyd’s Inn KL. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The only downside was that the air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough, which made the room a little uncomfortable at times. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I would still consider staying again if the aircon issue is improved.

We booked sky room which is loft. Space is quite compact. Its literally what you saw in the picture minus the space. Breakfast main is ala carte-you choose from 2 dishes. Taste sedap je. My main dissatisfaction is the space

It’s not my first time staying at Lloyd’s inn. The staff is very kind and friendly. Don’t afraid to asked for cleaning your room because it’s already on their service facilities. So I very satisfied with their services. The hotel is very near city center and a big mall or restaurants. It’s also friendly with kids. You can also asked for baby bed if you needed.

i came during peak holiday so i can understand there might be late check in but last time was unacceptable, they said they had laundry issues so the check in time was delayed until 7pm with no compensation at all, i came with my 5 month old baby at 3pm expecting to rest after a long day, but they put me and my baby in 15th floor which is common area so my baby slept on the couch. very dissapointing. so bad at everything. sorry not sorry

All is good except for air conditioning suddenly off at 7am .Other than that,during check in,unable to use the access card due to the door low of battery. But fast action from maintenance helps a lot. For breakfast is super good but can add on for variety of main menu and buffet

I love the aesthetics from this hotel; I’ve got my room on 14th floor, as per requested. I can enjoy the Bukit Bintang view from my room, even though the weather was quite hazy due to open burning from Sumatra. Only the breakfast is more on ala carte side, not buffet style but still a pleasant one. Definitely, I will coming back here in future.

Terrible Soundproofing – Can’t Sleep at All I deeply regret choosing Lloyd’s Hotel KL. There is absolutely zero soundproofing — we could hear every single noise from the street and surrounding rooms. I couldn’t sleep until 5 AM because of the constant noise. The design is also baffling: the bathroom has an open-air garden concept, but no soundproof door, which only makes the noise problem worse. How is anyone supposed to get any rest in a place like this? A good location means nothing if you can’t even sleep. Avoid if you value peace and rest. Ants all over the toilet floor scared the shit out of me.
