I had a great stay in Mandarin Hotel. Really wowed by the very friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy and cheerful and greet me all the time. Room is a bit dated but very spacious and clean. The bathroom is big too. We had a good night sleep. Location of the hotel is also good with ample eateries and shops close by. In fact the famouus Yee Fung Laksa is only a short walk from the hotel and the weekend Gaya St market is just behind the hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel and I don't mind staying here again.

Located on Gaya Street, the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions in KK, like Atkinson Clock Tower, Signal Hill, Filipino Market. I even walked to Jesselton Point. If you're there on a Sunday, check out the bustling Gaya Street Sunday Market. I stayed in a single room and it was just the right size, as well as clean and comfortable – a good deal for the price. The staff were really friendly and helpful, too. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in KK!

The great experience while staying here. Staff so attentive and courteous to your every need and better. They can see your needs so effectively and react before you even think you need anything. So alert. 7 star hotel in my opinion. Best I've seen with my boyfriend too, no one comes close to this standard. This hotel was the best which I have been. Undoubtedly every thing were great. Many thanks for your kind support and excellent facilities. But our disappointment was that the room did not have a mirror.

Staff is super friendly. Corridor is not spacious, won't be able to walk by few person with luggage at the same time. Room is excellent. Housekeeping service is superb, I went for dinner for maybe an hour and my room was been tidy up again. Recommended.
