One of the best places to stay in Penang.., the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly. Have stayed here several times for almost 3 weeks in Penang after previously moving hotels several times. Finally, this is the place I decided to stay for 7 days 6 nights. Two thumbs up.., thanks for the service & pleasure. Next time will definitely come back here again.

This time in a triple room with the same comfort as the previous room but this time a refrigerator is available. The service and friendliness of the staff & owner deserve two thumbs up. Check-in was easy. There was free drinking water. Unfortunately, there wasn't complimentary tea and coffee. You could leave food in the hotel fridge, as there isn't one in the room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The shower in the bathroom is small, so it's a bit difficult to wash your hair. And the room's soundproofing is a bit lacking, and there are no windows......so far worth the money, the location around there are lots of night snacks....recommended.

Every time I go to Penang, I think I'll stay here. For a cheap price, you can get a comfortable room with an en suite bathroom. The rates I got yesterday usually involve sharing a bathroom. Ironing is also convenient, as they're available on the third floor. I had a problem with the door not locking, but the locksmith fixed it right away, hehe. The service was super fast 🫰🏼
