The room was big enough and acceptably clean. There is no fan in the room as the surrounding is quite cold, especially at night. Hot water is provided in the shower, but it's not stable. The wall of the room is not soundproof and can hear voices from other rooms. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this property.

We had a quad room with 2 single beds and bunk beds. The room is clean with basic needs to sleep, but the pillow is too soft and the room was leaking at the side. I got to move one of the beds in order not to have water drip. Bring your own necessities. They clean the room daily and changed the towels. Breakfast is simple, fried rice, noodles, and toast with options to top up for eggs. Water, tea, and coffee included. We ordered dinner too and the fried rice and vege soup are nice. Only 6 options for dinner but good enough. Our room number 11 is very near the reception and carpark just a few steps away. The staff are friendly.

We stayed at Begonia. Ground floor. By just opening the door, you can see the majestic Kinabalu every morning. But next time would prefer to have the rooms at upper floor. Tak larat naik turun tangga haha. The rooms are really clean and well organized. Water heater is working well. Food are so so, cannot complain much. We just love the ambience, really calm, cool and relaxing.

Nice & clean but surely not suitable if you're looking for 3 adults per room. Max 3 person but the bed only for 2 pax, need to add 1 set mattress with breakfast for rm30. Don't manipulate your bedroom option please, what's with guestroom and bedroom in the picture reference when actually customer will only got 1 room with 1 bed. by the way I booked double bedroom with mountain view if you guys wondering. BUT the view heals my disappointment, what a superb view and the water heater works perfectly. Believe me, hot water needed for bath! I hope this pandemic end, so this lodge will have enough budget to maintain their garden. No TV, No Aircond & No Fan because you don't need them! If you want to feel the nature come and stay at their lodge. I have wonderful time here. End.

It was found that this room was less than an air-conditioned window. The danger window is to open at night, the wooded area where the animals come in. There should be grill louvers or at least a fan. Each room and living room. Like sleeping in a covered tent, it is dangerous for people with asthma.
