I arrived early in the morning and the hotel staff tried to check me in even though the check-in time was 2 pm. This hotel is very comfortable. Recommendation 👍👍

No need to use a deposit, tourist tax is still charged rm 10 per person. The place is a culinary center, no need to worry about having trouble finding food.

I almost got scammed if I'm not fighting back. In the apps written that I'll be checked out on 23 November, but the staff gave me some document an in it written that check out time was on 22. But, the issue was solved. Some of the staffs need more hospitality especially to a non chinese guy. I was treated differently than a chinese guest.

No free bottled water. No free drinks such as coffee/tea. No free toothbrush/toothpaste. No electric thermos. All the plug holes are very lose so it 's a bit difficult for me to charge my device 's battery. Next time I will not return to this hotel again.

The location of the hotel and so on is very good, only the bar in front of the hotel is very annoying, especially on weekends, from night to morning I couldn't sleep because of the loud music. Complaining to the hotel they couldn't do anything. The advice for guests who want to stay here is not to choose a room facing the street, it will definitely be disturbed.
