I didn't expect I will get a relaxing and pleasurable stay at this hotel in a very affordable price. Toilet was shiny as new, there's tv, clean bed, free bottled water, coffee and staff are super kind. Location was great, nearby MCd and souvenir shop, and place was safe, we just park our rented bike outside overnight. I recommend you guys to stay here.

General Check-in Instructions
Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. This property is a privately-owned unit and does not have reception counter. You are required to contact owner at least 24 hours before arrival date. Owner will be more than delighted to meet you and pass you the house/room key. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.
Local Government Fee RM2.00 will be kick-start from 01 July 2022 onwards and it will be collected from guest upon check in

The room was reasonably priced but I have booked here before and gotten cleaner rooms. The staff were very helpful. Inside the room, I found a bag of snacks inside the dresser drawer. The coffee tray in the room was stained. The blanket and towels were stained. The door had no lock so I locked it.

Friendly and lovely staff. Check out time is 7am which is not very reasonable although the staff was still happy when I checked out at 9am. Old hotel, no drinking water, toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. I think they should change the mattress, pillowcase and towels because they are quite old.
