I booked a 1-bedroom unit for just one night, but the owner surprised me with a free upgrade to a spacious and luxurious 2-bedroom apartment. The kindness and hospitality were truly beyond expectations. The unit was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and had an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur. Every stay here feels comfortable, safe, and premium. Whenever I visit KL, this is always my first choice. The service, location, and overall experience are unmatched. The owner is very generous and attentive, and I genuinely appreciate how well they take care of guests. InshaAllah, one day I hope I can afford to own a condo in this beautiful building. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home but with a luxury hotel vibe, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it!

Very comfortable, clean, spacious room, complete facilities, there is a washing machine so you can do your laundry... It's close to everywhere because it's in the city center, we were originally going to stay one night, but because it was comfortable we added another night... It's really great.

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in during my time in Kuala Lumpur. My kids love the huge room, comfy beds and pillows, and it's nearby to Suria KLCC. The check-out process is also so easy. Would love to go back here again for the next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, close to amenities. This is a private apartment, so there are a lot of misunderstandings. It's best to explain this beforehand so guests don't get confused and have trouble finding it. Overall, it's good.

Very bad, when checking in the apartment lights could not be turned on, the response was long after complaining, then they were replaced with a new room, when I arrived in the new room, the room was very dirty because it had been used by someone and had not been cleaned, I complained before housekeeping came. Very bad experience

For the check in process, you need to contact the number that provided in this app (available in WhatsApp). You can also ask them if you can do the early check in (Just like what I did). I arrived at 13 pm and asked for the early check in (time for check in at 15pm) After waiting for about 30minutes, the room is ready and I can immediately check in.

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. Everything was great, except you need to avoid checking out at 12pm as the lifts were all occupied at that time. I had to wait for quite long as other guests also getting out at the same time and the lifts were not able to accommodate it well.

We were misguided by the title, thinking it is located near to Bukit Bintang, while it is 2km away. The apartment unit is owned by personal, and it requires you to contact the person when you arrive (they will not check on you). While it has private lift, spacious room, they were not flexible at all on the check-out time and will charge you for extra check out time. They also charge you if you would like to leave your luggage and come back.
