Hotel not clean at all. Full cockroaches and aircond water bleeding on the floor

water in shower room is very slow. the room so smelly. kettle power not provided in the room. we need to pick up at counter and pay deposit.

The hotel area was very bad, there was garbage everywhere, there was a big rat in the front porch of the hotel, we could tell the rats were always biting the wires, we slept in the wake of car worry.

Door cant lock.. washroom smelly.. need to fix

The check-in time is great. The TV does not work with broken glass condition. Dirty sheets contain blood dots. What blood is it? The bathroom sink is broken. So much so I was afraid to take a shower. Fearing over the debris of the sink. The bathroom is very dirty.

Nice receptionist and attentive.

The towel provided by the hotel service were too small and also smell awful. Other than that, there was also leakage at the toilet.

Ideal for those who want to attend a course at MPWS.

Customer security is not awake, room can not be locked and left without key. Complaints are not entertained.

The room I booked was not available. The rooms are smelly as if they have not been used for a long time. Broken door knob. Unlockable when we exit the room, can only be locked from within. Not recommended.

I arrived hotel with no room available for me

This hotel's staff is really friendly and helpful. Only have problem with the room and the bathroom. The bathroom's door is not in a good condition. There're broken. Even the room's door also not in a good one. We're really disappointed with the hotel's facilities. Hopefully the hotel's management can improve the facilities. So that the user is satisfied with your hotel. Thank you.

Shower was slow, the sink leaked & the room was not tendered for the whole 3 nights I stayed there.

Key room door lock, hanye cover with paper only, towel, bed not available, remote TV pon not available.

The room is only for sleep. You can't even watch TV because channel is so blur...the toilet also did not have hot water...

Good and cheap hotel, can still be improved.

It's a good time to stay longer.
