A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Easier to look for food. Will stay in this hotel if we are in Kuching for holiday again.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the check-in process was relatively straightforward. However, during the payment of the deposit, I was not provided with a receipt, which led to additional verification during check-out that could have been avoided. Therefore, it is advisable to request a payment receipt for deposits. As for the first impression of the hotel room, the twin room I occupied, Room 1008, was sufficiently clean and spacious. Nevertheless, there was a noticeable odor emanating from the toilet upon entering due to a gap in the toilet door, which was quite bothersome and necessitated the purchase of air fresheners. The breakfast offerings were fairly standard and unimpressive, with the rice and noodles often served cold. It would be beneficial to improve this aspect by providing warming facilities for these dishes. Overall, the twin-bedded room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with the primary issue being the unpleasant odor from the toilet. In terms of location, the hotel is near Timberland Hospital. However, it is recommended to use a ride-hailing service like Grab, as walking requires crossing under a bridge opposite the hotel, which can be hazardous due to heavy traffic. There are convenient dining options nearby, including Muslim food available right next to the hotel, and a local store selling bottled water and other essentials like slippers and snacks. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a notable advantage, with the journey taking approximately 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Would definitely stay here again next time. One of my favorite hotels in Kuching.

The room is clean and easy to get everywhere in Kuching city.

Stayed 2 nights in a triple room, the room was not cramped, only the double bed was small. When I checked in, the floor of the toilet in the shower was slippery and dirty, like soap marks stuck to the floor, it was rarely brushed. Breakfast wasn't interesting, for 2 days at the plasma I found noodles then. The first day is kwetiaw and vermicelli, the second day is round and flat fried noodles. There is no choice of rice, no meat. So the only protein is boiled eggs. The room is also not soundproof. The sound of the next room and the ambulance siren were very clearly audible in the room.

The hotel is small, but quite nice, and the price is right. The food is good for that price, it's just a bit noisy and there's no toothbrush, only shampoo and soap. To RS Timberland, the airport and tourist spots and the Mall are also close. For me it's okay 😊👍

Strategic location in the middle of the city. Clean rooms. Only weak wifi. Must be connected manually many times.

Everything is okay, unfortunately around the hotel there are only a lot of workshops.

It noisy. Look like I sleep on car, noise is clearly can heard in room, pipe water not maintained.

The accomodation look exactly like the pictures. I really love and enjoy staying here. The room is big and very comfy.

What a pleasant stay here. my husband & I just want to get out of bored sleeping at home and last minute check in the hotel. so easy to go anywhere because it was located at the centre. what I love the most was the breakfast. and the view from the restaurant in the morning is awesome. overall, i give 5/5 star. will repeat one day again
