datang ke penang untuk berobat dan check up ke island hospital untuk pertama kali dan hotel ini cocok sekali untuk ditempati karena bener bener dekat dengan rs! tinggal menyebrang dan sampai. walaupun minusnya tidak ada supermarket disekitaran hotel tapi reception menjual bbrp hal esensial seperti air minum dan cemilan. kamarnya juga luas dan langsung menghadap kearah jalan raya. so far sangat puas menginap disini

Very recommended to stay here. It's very near to Island Hospital Peel Wing and Macalister Wing. Best hotel, clean, friendly staff, and big room.

24-hour reception, but if it's past midnight, you have to call the phone number. The location is close to Island Hospital and Northern Heart Hospital. There's also a free bus to Komtar from 2026.

I chose a studio room for three people. The single bed is wide, maybe 120 cm wide. However, the two-person bed is a bit small (probably under 160 cm). The room is still spacious. Perhaps you could consider upgrading to a wider bed (at least 160 cm) for more comfortable sleeping.

Room service was lacking; there was a sign at the door for cleaning, but it wasn't. It's recommended to bring your own towels, as hotel towels are a bit dirty. However, the room was spacious enough for three people. The standard mattress was still relatively good, but the pillows were a bit flat. There's a water dispenser available for refilling. Island Hospital (Peel Wing) is still a walking distance (approximately 5 minutes).

Staying here is very close to Island Hospital. It's a perfect choice for a stay in Penang, whether for medical purposes or a relaxing retreat. It's only a 200-meter walk to the hospital, and close to eateries and tourist attractions. Early check-in is welcome, subject to availability.
