Better call before booking! Hotel no longer operate and change to other name 😌.

I can't stay because hotel close during Malaysian movement control.

No WiFi provided at room that is the most disappointed point when the room phone line signal is weak😥.

TV no signal. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned before guest check in. The mattress is not comfortable, the body is lying down because the spring mattress is quite bulging. Aircond room has no remote.

No iron,no kitchen no plate for eating,no enough cup. Cleaning are too bad,too many dusty. No extra pillow & blanket. Kettle not hot.

I had most pleasant to stay here, but so sad becoz the swimming pool closed due maintanance for the 2nd day,day we want to check out.. but luckily after we check in on 1st day..we already used the pool.

Sagat is satisfying and comfortable for our family ... breakfast is not bad for Asians ..

The price is very affordable and comes with free breakfast ... Even now, the cafe below is open and can dinner there without having to leave the hotel ... Very easy ... Everything is easy ... 5 stars from me for this ... But due to this covid-19, the pool facilities are very limited, it makes the experience this time sgt not worth it because pool facilities are a very important thing for family travelers. With only one day, there are only 6 sessions ... Each session is 2 hours ... And due to the large number of visitors, it is necessary to book whichever session there is a vacancy ... I hope this covid will end soon ... But as a suggestion. .. Duration 2 hours per session, it is recommended to be reduced to 1 hour only per session ... So in 1 day, get 12 sessions compared to only 6 sessions only ... Because 1 session only 80 people are allowed ... Sgt is not balanced with the number of visitors with a building as high as tens of floors but only allows 80 people only ... So, my suggestion, reduce the time limit to 1 hour per session so that you can increase the number of sessions so that more people can use the facility ... Also, there is no need to be too tight in the rules of pool / swimming dress because big hotel or other water themepark is not too fun with the rules of swimming / swimming clothes because it is a pity to see unsuspecting visitors can not use this facility.

This is the 5th vacation in the same place, faithview is the best hotel, but I want to comment on the room so it smells good, in the kitchen the smell of garbage is attached.

I know there is no water but it's stupid. !! make cosstumer all hard. !!! ' 3 days booking will not help you cancel stupidly

so sad, no water supply..and we had to check out early to go to other hotels because of the lack of water to shower, shower and so on..will we choose there

Best, cheap, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff 2, good swimming pool but cold windy place so far, the day the elevator card was out of luck looking for a close to RM50 fine, rm50 deposit .. laundry, dining, retail far skit .. week day rm 90 two rooms .. weekend around 120-150 .. parking in the back of the hotel, cooking rice pound can be due to the kitchen .. time is cooler with cold water cond .. can view downstream city really . tv chanel problem but the staff is fast coming to repair, you want to come please ask the view room of the town downstream of the usual staff for the vacancy. 2 pm but the staff did not clean the room.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room, large shower, satisfactory breakfast, cheap and well worth the price.
