My stay at the Syama Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable for a rest after a long trip. The staff was friendly and quick to help when needed. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to restaurants and main roads, making it easy to get around. Overall, the service was satisfactory, and the price was commensurate with the quality provided.

This hotel is highly recommended for travelers who spend most of the day outside and only need a place to sleep at night. With its affordable price, I truly recommend it as a convenient resting spot after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent, right in Bukit Bintang and just a short walk to the monorail station. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is also well-maintained with good water pressure. The staff is very kind and friendly, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In my opinion, it’s still cheap and worth it compared to other hotels, because for such a reasonable price, the facilities provided are more than satisfying. Just a quick note : Malaysia has a government-mandated tourism tax of RM10 per night for all foreign passport holders. This applies to all hotels nationwide, not just this one.

Location is hard to find because hotel do not have signboard. It's at the entrance beside StarQ Hotel. Room is not habitable. Window was removed to put in portable aircond. Remaining window area was closed with paper cardboard. Noise from street last until 1am. Noise from portable aircond last forever until you off it. Mattress spring spoiled, can't support weight and sink when sit/lie on it. Room condition very bad and dirty. Develop itching during the stay. Not even a table available for you to eat. Only 1 bathroom with toilet to share with other guest. Bathroom is not fully sealed. Have to beware as someone can use a hp to record from upper part of the door as shown in photo i shared. Definitely won't come and stay again in future.

This is a relatively inexpensive hotel for its strategic location. I checked out for two nights, and it only cost around 200,000 rupiah per night, with a private bathroom. It's conveniently located in front of the hotel, with money changers, restaurants, Alor Street, and a Guardian, a minimarket, and a commuter train station right next door. You get what you pay for, but don't expect much more; the room looks like a boarding house. But that's okay, since you're on holiday and want to travel in the morning and come back at night. The hotel is just a place to shower and rest.
