The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom area is clean (my first attention is always the wastafel and the towels, they are all clean), the atmosphere is great, the location is special, the rooftop infinity pool is superb! The Staff Are So Friendly, the hotel near to bukit bintang you can walk for like 5-7 minutes, the room clean and bathroom also clean and complete, i requested a hight floor room and good view and they give me my room as i requested, i would definitely comeback when i visit Malaysia next time, Thank You Dears. Spacious bed and clean the thing that I don’t like is elevator…too long but they make a line so ppl not rushing…for room cleaning sometimes they clean in the morning when you go out shopping, sometimes it’s like almost 3 pm, yeah maybe they busy. It’s busy hotel.

The hotel is very close to Pavilion Mall and TRX. It's about a 5-10 minute walk. It's close to Alor, where there's plenty of food. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and not too big.

The room was clean, fragrant, and smoke-free. Luckily, I got a room with a view of the Pavilion, KL Tower, and the Twin Towers, so it was really cool. It's also close to public transportation like the MRT. The staff is super friendly. I'll definitely stay here again.

Although its location is very close to the city center, when we arrived there was no bellboy, the room was cleaned poorly (we found a needle on the carpet, and the bedsheets and towels were not changed

The room and bathroom is all very clean and the most important thing is the bed is clean, towels really clean. So far, no bed bugs. The lobby hotel quite small and packed because a lot of people staying here, but, overall all good. Will be coming back here again. Please keep it up!

I stay here for 5 days. Best location near Pavillion mall Bukit Bintang, Farenheit mall, lot 10, near MRT and Monorail Bukit bintang. Alot of food store here. Afordable price.
