The owner and receptionist are friendly and very helpful. Especially the receptionist named Mita, who turned out to be Indonesian. Thank you Mita, your child is very friendly and helpful 😁 The facilities are also worth the price, everything is OK!!

very strategic location, close to KL sentral. The hotel is also very clean and provides late check out with additional cost.

I've been to Kuala Lumpur several times, but this is my first time staying at the South of the Clouds Hotel in KL Sentral. I was a bit hesitant at first. But after trying it, the service was amazing, especially from the receptionist named "HAJRIN". He was very friendly and helpful. At first, I had a problem because my booking had not been entered. And the family room I booked was already full. But thank God, he was very helpful by providing an alternative room, until the check-in process. The location of the hotel is also strategic. Close to everywhere. Because it is close to the KL Sentral terminal/station. There are also many food stalls and supermarkets around the location. It's really recommended to stay here. So next time I go to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely stay here again. Once again, special thanks to "HAJRIN" who also gave a late check-out policy yesterday because our flight was in the afternoon. 👍
