I really enjoyed my time staying at Stella hotel. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. The bed is quite big. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. One of the receptionist even helped me to order online taxi. Next to hotel there are many food stalls so we can pick any food we want.

good staff, friendly. but the hotel atmosphere is a bit dark, maybe because of the use of paint and interior. The AC faces directly to the bed, so the cold air directly hits the face. The AC is still working, but there is a little damage to the AC lamp so at first I didn't know whether it was on or not. for the toilet, the toilet is good

I liked the reception at that time, I checked in at dusk. She was a woman, an Indian (I forgot her name), she was friendly and easy to smile, continue to improve service excellence to customers who come to the hotel regardless of their race and country of origin. The hotel is nice but a bit far from the city. Located between Johor Bahru City center and Legoland. If you want to have a proper dinner or buy some stuff, you'll need to take a taxi to the city. The cleanness dan service are great.

Nice hotel but noisy at night because of car sound in the street in front of hotel. And the AC is literally in front of your bed so the cold really got into your face. Bed are nice enough, lift is plus point. Need deposit 50 RM and get back after check out. Receptionist not always standby.

The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the hot water is smooth, the wifi is fast, in addition to the hotel there is a nice and cheap food stall, clean, to the Legoland close, but to the Johor premium outlet a bit far.

Terrible (x3) stay. Wanted to give it another try but it gets worsen each time I stayed. The room cleanliness was terrible. All kind of stains can be found in the room. Requested for a new pillow as the one that were prepared have some stains over it. Cleaner came and changed a new pillow, with stains as well :) excellent. Put myself together and tried to sleep through the night with minimal contact with the bedsheet and all. 6:30am next day, staffs started their day by slamming all the doors nonstop! 7ish staffs cool down and proceeded to loud chatting. 8+ hotel starts playing romantic music nonstop and as loud as they could to wake you up :) as if the speaker is just outside of your door!! 11+ hotel no electricity :) what an amazing stay. Think thrice before you book and book if you are adventurous enough ;)
