Large two bedroom two bath room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room, on the A side didn’t have a great view, but up on the top floor you can see the KL skyline. Room came with a combo washer/dryer which was beneficial to have.

we were stranger and did not know what to expect... but the hotel accommodation and concierge staff made us feel safe and at home. imagine travelling for a vacation for 12 of your family...on a DIY arrangement. stressfull right! but with the staff of The Face Style Suites made it stress free...they were able to address my question and the service is beyond what we imagine. VIP at a low cost price.

The room was spacious and well organized. The concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was very good also and above all the pool was amazing with a splendid view during the day and at night

Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Required Documents

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.
Upon check-in, you are required to bring Passport. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

General Check-in Instructions

Guest must be 21 years old and above only to be allow for check-in.
Miscellaneous/security deposit is required upon check-in by credit card or cash. The amount collected will be minimum MYR300.00nett - MYR500.00NET (refundable) per room either by credit card or cash. Credit Card release clause within/more or less 14 working days and Debit card release clause within/more or less 30 working days. Cardholders have the right to DISPUTE OR REVOKE the transaction with the bank issuer if the amount is still holding, which may lead to the bank issuer contacting the merchant and requesting the hold be removed.
Smoking or organizing any kind of party or gathering are not allowed in the room, compressor room or Sky Deck. When smoking / bad room condition occurs during your stay RM500 Cleaning Fee will be billed to your account.

Access to the hotel is very good, close to the monorail station which can reach almost all of Kuala Lumpur, I took a junior room, the room is spacious and there are cooking facilities, clean, swimming pool with beautiful views of the Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Tower, and MyBank Tower, only the elevator is often queued, pool access is only until 10 pm

The room is very big with a classy design. It comes with a kitchenette with microwave which is good for heating up food. Bed is comfy too. Bedroom slippers are of good quality, toothbrush is soft and the bath gel and shampoo fragrance are nice. Air-con is a bit noisy though. Breakfast variety considered average and can be better. Skyline at the infinity pool is breath-taking and looks great at night with the beautiful lights from Twin Peak, TRX and KL Tower.

The room is very spacious, complete facilities, there is an iron, a large cupboard, a small refrigerator, unfortunately the hot water is not hot at all, I don't know whether the water heater is not on or not, so after swimming in the pool I get cold and have to take a cold shower again, but other than that everything is satisfying, the view of the swimming pool is the best, it is recommended to enter the pool at 6 because the twin tower lights only turn on at 7, the view from the room is also the best, this is a hotel room concept, there is no mini kitchen set, there is a deposit of RM 300 (cash available / if cc or debit it takes 2 weeks to process the return), tax RM 10 / room / night, if you need a testimonial, please visit ig azzuramarjuliana.

I stayed here 1 night due to airline change departure day. At first, I was so nervous after reading some previous reviews. But after staying here, it was so fantastic and stunning. The infinity pool is a nice one but so crowded at night. The breakfast has less choice and anyway you still can try nasi lemak here. Will be back here whenever I have chance to visit Kuala Lumpur in the future
