I like its situation, very close and strategic to main attractions in Georgetown. The design is a combination of the authentic classic vibe and simple modern ones. Second time returning to this hotel after only 1 year. Location right in the old town, just 5 minutes walk to get there, near the dining area, bars, pubs. The soundproofing room is poor, but in return there are towels, lockers, shower gel + shampoo, no toothbrush and toothpaste (note for you to have more information later). There is a faucet to get filtered drinking water, clean, everything is ok. If you check in late, remember to notify the concierge, the receptionist is not on duty 24/7. In general, you should choose to stay because the location is convenient, clean, and cheap. If you are traveling alone, you should choose a room here.

Completely bitten by bed bugs Can't sleep all night. Go down to the reception, but there is no one there. no contact number Had to go back and endure suffering in the same room until morning. When coming down to talk, the staff offered to change the room, but it was a room that was both dark and stuffy, plus the lights were broken. Flashing all the time, very scary So I had to find a new place to stay. The staff did not return the remaining money, booked for three nights, the first night was bitten. A very bad experience

The room is quite good, the air conditioner is very cold, the disadvantage is that the room is on the 3rd floor. But the common bathroom is on the 2nd floor. During rush hour, the bathroom is not enough for the number of people staying. The walls of the room are quite thin, speaking normally is heard in every room, must speak slowly.

Front desk only until 9 pm. If you land at night, no one will open the door. There was no number other than a phone ringing from inside the hostel and no one picked up. Had contacted the CS of the online agent but there was still no solution, in the end I was assisted by 2 female travelers to get inside and I took the room key of the person who had checked out earlier, instead of me sleeping outside the hostel all night, I was already tired that night. (+) Good location, clean, the rest is safe. (-) don't check in after 9 pm, horror. For safe check out. Standard backpacker hostel facilities. Free drinking water, there are blankets, no towels, soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

I wasn't able to take photos cause I was really entertained with the places to visit in Penang. The staff are really nice. Place is cozy. The problem I had is I could hear the footsteps from the upper room cause the floor is made of wood. The bed and towels are clean, it didn't trigger my allergic rhinitis. The are only 2 toilet and 2 shower assigned for how many rooms, that ' s why I had to get up and prepare early to avoid the rush. They have microwave, fridge, utensils, and drinking water. Place is near Love Lane where the drinking bars are located. There are also many restaurants and hawkers nearby. Few meters away from little india, penang famous laksa, and cendol.

The private room where I stayed for a couple of nights were quite smelly. It's very clean the entire hostel but I assume they don't hang the blanket outside very often. Shampoo/Bodysoap bottles were empty when I wanted to use. But staff seemed to be quite friendly and hospitable.

Located in George Town world heritage area, so close to Chulia street night hawker stalls. Around 30-45 minutes from Penang Airport by Rapid Penang bus. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was fun. A very strategic location on Chulia street is easy to find food especially at night. Close to a number of tourist spots in Penang. Across the hotel is the mosque, one of the biggest in Penang. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. even though the shared bathroom is good and clean. self-in breakfast service on the floor that. Overall, fun.
