Been there for Muse Concert in Bukit Jalil last week! I think based on my research this hotel has things that I need for my stay there. The staffs are really nice and so helpful, the room is clean and has everything we need, its even need access card to enter the corridor to reach our room so it feels really safe to left my boy alone while we enjoyed Muse show! Thanks The Pearl 🌸

Hotel is great, good location and very close to many restaurants. My only complain is when doing room cleaning service, the bedsheets are not changed, only towels are replaced. Room is considered luxurious if it were in the 80s. Need revamp. Overall 7/10.

We changed our room from the 14 level to the 12. In the family room apparently, you will feel like you're being watched all the time. Spiritually. It's not safe if you have young kids I suppose and they know. Besides that, the room is pretty old and worn down. Not enough power outlets to charge your devices. Wifi is terrible to non-existent in this day and age it's an essential portion of a hotel. Carpet is pretty dirty. The breakfast is okay. However, your name and room number will never be there on their list like ever. Probably just cause they have a lousy system, then you have to verify multiple mornings just for breakfast. The swimming pool is great. Clean and nice.

Hotel 4 start but doesn't look like one, interior old, corridor carpet warn out and dirty, studio room big and OK, wash room OK, breakfast no much variety and taste average. Dine in food was not good, staff helpful and friendly. Checking in was OK.

Swimming pool closed for renovation! Why not do renovation during mco? Not fair, we pay expensive, but cannot go for swimming. I bring my kids to this hotel because have swimming pool and for weekand stay holiday.
