I had the most horrible experience in this hotel. They made me feel super unsafe as a female traveler. They entered the room without my consent, especially when I explicitly asked them not to clean the room when I’m not around. Even worse is that I was sick in the toilet at the time, and they came in and left the towels and toiletries inside. I was screaming for them to get out (albeit I had lost my voice that day) and they still had the audacity to take pictures of the toiletries left, which were right in front of me (behind a semi-close door). I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Cleanliness is not their forte and the swimming pool is disappointing. P.s: I did contact their whatsapp number when all of that happened and was met with a delayed and disappointing response.
