The Apartment is so good, near Alor's night market,Bukit Bintang mrt station, also the best Moon Beef Roti, all you can do by foot. the room quite big, clean and complete. also the affordable prices. I will recommend this place to my colleague and family for sure. 5 stars for this accomodation.

Perfect for families. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel offers complete amenities and friendly staff. Most importantly, the area around the hotel is full of shops that are open late, and it's easy to get around. This is our second stay here.

A nice, clean, and friendly apartment. Everything is provided, and you can easily get food just downstairs. Hopefully, I'll be able to vacation in Malaysia again and stay at this Robertson apartment again. Thank you.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. When I first arrived, the unit was clean, but they only provided one towel even though there were three of us. I contacted the admin, and they said the other towels were still in the laundry and would be delivered the next morning. The next day, I waited, but nothing came. After I followed up again, they still said the towels were in the laundry. I complained because the night before, the three of us had to share one towel, which was really inconvenient. The towels finally arrived around 11 a.m.
I also had to request garbage bags several times (chatted three times), but no one sent them, so I ended up going downstairs to get them myself.
Quite disappointed with the service — I don’t think I would stay here again when visiting KL.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, the room is not very clean and there are lots of ants. The toilet is not very clean, the second room only has a fan and not air conditioning... The elevator also takes a long time to wait.
