Nice location, very nice apt with affordable price. You should try they the rooftop infinity pool.

My travel experience is more comfortable with staying at victoria hill bintang starting from the initial check-in to check-out the owner is really good and the room condition is very good and clean also all household appliances are kept neat and clean all the washing machines and irons are available etc. I highly recommended staying here, very satisfied.

1) The hotel name does not match the building, very rare. 2) Unstable stay, must pass. Security staff and waste time paying luggage fees of 20 ringgit at a time. 3) Equipment has a problem. Unable to contact building staff normally Must contact the room owner only. Very tricky.

The room is great. Everything is there (except toothpaste, ok), spacious and clean, the admin really cares. Always quick to reply to my husband and child, I was very satisfied hitching a ride here even though it was only for a few hours. Can still bargain so that the check out time is delayed? Check I checked in at 3 am but was served very well and very quickly. If there are 10 stars I will give 11 stars 😃 Thank you for everything

The first time I wanted to stay here was hesitant because when I read the comment on it said it was difficult when I checked-in, but when I booked it I immediately went to the hotel and responded immediately and it was very okay, even though there wasn't any cleaning service to clean up our room anyway, because we stayed 3 nights, that's not bad. feel at home😂😂

At first I read the review that I was impressed that the check in was complicated, but it didn't. I tried to contact the admin + - 1mg before, lsg was given a link to pay a deposit with a credit card. On arrival I was contacted to confirm check-in hours. When heading to the hotel given instructions mailbow number, room number. When in the hotel there is a standby security guard delivering to the mailbox to take the room key. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathrooms are also clean and spacious, kitchen utensils, etc. are complete! Washing machines are available but detergents are not provided. WiFi internet is quite stable even though it was difficult to connect early. TV is rather difficult to connect. The stove is an electric stove. The swimming pool is also fun, on the 32nd and 35th floors. Strategic location, lots of places to eat and close to malls. Hair dryer and iron are also provided. Admin is also very easy to be contacted & responsive.

There are a lot of bugs as shown in the photos and bite me. It is really a nightmare to stay in the apartment like this.

Not satisfying with check in procedures. Firstly, no relevant message showed in booking channel how to check in the stay. Secondly, I was told by reception that I need to call the contact number provided in booking as separate host entity. Thirdly, slow response from host in replying whatsapp message on check in procedures. At the end, it took me 1 hour to done the check in procedures. Seriously, I sat in my car and waited 1 hour to do this all things. Not a good experience to book online.

We really enjoy staying at Victoria Home. Its room is large, clean and has a very light lamp and equipped with all household appliances quest may need and in good condition. Its location is also near Pavilion Mall which is good for shopping and culinary experience with only 5-10 mins walking distance. Really recommended for family stay as it feels like at home.

This apartment room is quite good, I took a room for three, but it turns out it can be filled with 4 people (2 queen size beds) and there is an additional 1 fold bed for the floor. But unfortunately, for amenities such as wifi and TV it also depends on wifi (TV shows are played with the available wifi internet connection). At the time after I checked in in the afternoon everything was still normal, but at night wifi trouble, while the apartment was standing on the floor of an office building, so it did not have its own front office, so they could not repair it. I contacted the customer service, he said, usually in working hours tomorrow, and tomorrow I wait until 12 noon, no one came by the technician he promised (even though I was on vacation, I should have spent wasted time on the streets). Finally I finished and went home at night, with the hope that everything was justified, it turned out wifi was still trouble, I contacted the CS the answer was fixed and there were no problems, finally I sent proof that the wifis was still problematic, and he could not answer again. Apparently there is also no cleaning service facility, so that garbage and others will not be cleaned and taken from our room. I stayed for 2 nights not feeling wifi and couldn't watch TV. Actually it's pretty good, unfortunately the service isn't satisfying.

The room is suitable for families, clean, all friendly, contents are complete, easy to find grab, fast WiFi.

This place is the same building with Tribeca residence but different management. Easy check in process, clean room as display, nice view, even the host provided folding mattress, extra pillow and free parking space. Overall is ok but the deposit is consider too high.

It's a hassle to check-in at Victoria home. There is no counter and no luggage storage when arriving early. For the size of the bed and satisfying facilities.

unique process for check in, before going there make sure you contact/ whatsapp them for knowing how to get your key card and how to make deposit..deposit only with credit card for fast refund..awesome in room facility (super complete).. they have 2 swimming pool for day & night with different views..there are kids playground, social room (you can play billiard here)..

Initially confused how to check in. Fortunately, the security guard told me. Add the operator watsapp. Later it will be confirmed know how to take the key. It's better if we let you know first step2 checkin before you arrive, and don't get confused when you arrive. Must deposit 300RM using CC. Pass pay pal. Then void takes 10 days. Access cards only 1. Difficult if separated from the key holder.

Victoria home is really very good. The room is spacious and clean. Complete room facilities include washing machine, induction cooker, cutlery, electric kettle, refrigerator and microwave. The furniture is also the best quality. There are 2 swimming pools which are on the 32nd floor we can see the sunrise and the 37th floor we can see the sunset, very good The fitness center is cool, sports and at the same time can see good views. In addition, his agent was very friendly and communicative and helpful. Especially Ms. Shin Yee was very very kind, the check-in went smoothly. I have been to other hotels in KL several times, but for Victoria Home I am very satisfied. Anyway, really good.

Okay apartment, still new, modern equipment, complete. Okay location. Downside: access card is only 1 and cannot be used on another floor. I rent 5 apartments, all on different floors. It's hard to access. In one of the apartments, the sink was rather clogged. There are only 20 dining table chairs. There is a bathroom door that is dragged, it cannot be locked. cleanliness in outline is okay, just in the washbasin corners not cleaned, until slimy yellow.
