A secure location for rest! The service was excellent, rooms immaculate. The location? I am not sure of its convenience, unless you are doing business in town. The breakfast was excellent. I used this as a short recoup between business trips - the pool environment was extraordinary.

Arrived late at the hotel, very heartful and quick check-in as it was past midnight, so straight to bed. One light in the room kept on flashing after I put it of. Next day 3 other lights popped. Didn't call to replace them as I wasn't there to stay in my room, but for sleep. Good food in restaurant, clean up was tidy, laundry service okay. Overall good stay.

The hotel could use some lighting in the rooms. I had difficulty getting room service The reception staff was courteous and helpful. The Hoel driver knew the town and I felt safe being driven back to the airport in the van

This is the worst Five Star betel I have ever slept in in my God giving life, everything in the hotel room and the building are falling apart. As to the restroom, I won’t even allow my do to use it. The hotel is so dirty that I had to checkout without sleeping there and the dirty hotel refused to issue me a refund.

Property is tired and in need up an update. Many things in my room were broken. I am a frequent world traveler and I understand that there will be occasional problems with a hotel room that can be tolerated – especially in a developing nation like Mali. However the number of and severity of problems with the room I was given was unacceptable and far below the standards I expect from a Radisson property. The common areas are also run down - several lights in the lobby were burned out, light fixtures in the pool were detached from the wall and floating by their wires, wall murals in the restaurant were peeling off the wall, atmosphere music in the restaurant was distorted due to broken speakers, etc., etc., Normally I can overlook things, but in a four star Radisson property, these are unacceptable. A VERY discomforting thing was the smoke detector in my room was covered with a plastic maintenance shield rendering it inoperable. Compromises in safety features is dangerous and intolerable. For the money, I would recommend staying at the Azalaï Salem or Grand Hotel. Even a stay at the lesser priced/rated Onomo Hotel was better maintained.

They charged me for an extra night when I changed the dates of my stay a week before I was to check in. Then, they would not honor the prearranged rate with the USG without my cancelling my reservation entirely and having it booked by the USG directly. The condition of the rooms is deteriorating. You can tell it used to be a nice hotel but lots of things are broken and it doesn’t look like there is any push to fix things when they break. The spa is just OK and the rates are very expensive for Bamako. The food is the same. It’s acceptable but way too expensive. The service was polite and attentive, but they were not at all accommodating about a billing problem. I won’t be staying here again.

Broken Air Conditioner, no hot water, rude staff, did not take Amex, ATM did not work part of the time, staff lied about free shuttle, strongly suggest finding any other hotel in Bamako. This hotel is hugely over-priced : accommodation costs double what it is worth, food and beverage has European prices for very low quality, the sauna/hammam has to be paid for (by hotel guests !). The standard should be much higher for prices close to 200 euro per night. Everything that this hotel has on offer is just very average. It does not meet basic standards. The following are quality issues that have arisen in a short 12 day stay. 1. Security. Above all, for a place where 25 or so people died in a major assault in 2015, the security is full of potential breaches, e.g. emergency exits are unusable because the doors fell into the locks (broken), electricity went away for a full night without any corrective action being taken unless after contacting the reception, outsiders can just jump over the neighbours' walls, security screening is ineffective, UN peace keepers were spotted a few times (maybe three times) and then were invisible in-house (they are chatting outdoors all the time, and smoking), twice I have seen armed guys that were visibly probably not even 17 years old (probably external security companies). 2. Room : not enough light ; bath tub stopper not working ; toilet does not stop leaking water ; air conditioning not cooling the room and making a lot of noise, towels smelling heavily and not fresh, fridge cooling insufficiently. 3. Breakfast : every day exactly the same on offer. Warm dishes almost inedible. Waitresses sneak under your arms to take away you

I travel a lot and am in hotels most of the year and this was one of my least favourite experiences. 1) I emailed and the hotel confirmed an airport pickup. No one showed up. I called the hotel and they told me to get a taxi. 2) The light in the toilet (mirror) was not 100% functional. I could not shave and even after asking 3 times, this was not fixed. 3) the rooms are nice but not well designed. They are very dark, the toilet paper dispense is right by the commode and you cannot sit straight without your leg hitting it. 4) there is no shower (so no "quick" shower possible) and the hand shower had sand that came out with it. No shower curtain means a wet bathroom everytime. 5) The service was either really nice or just awful. I observed that this was person specific. I was helped by very helpful and smiling staff but then was met with complete indifference and attitude by others. 6) I asked for a late checkout and was given 3 separate options by 3 people (and never took late checkout in the end). These included paying by the hour, paying a half day or getting it for free. 7) When I asked if I could have a shower before leaving for the airport (I stayed in the lobby the afternoon I checked out) I was directed to the outdoor pool showers. Really?!! Positives include the food was good and the security seemed great. I wont be staying here again.

My stay was over all ok , the service is good , little too pricey for what they offer , the staff is warm and welcoming, the security at the hotel is too overwhelming sometimes missing common sense , the hotels have too many rules for it patron , have to pay extra for overnight visitors ,
