The apartment was clean, everything needed was there, everything worked. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bus station nearby and just take the bus to get where you want.

Everything was good, as expected. Nothing more or less then what it is describe. Very close to the aquarium and nice view of the ocean

Pros: Didn't expect there to be a pool! 15 mins from Buguibba Square, 4 mins from bus station, clean grocery store round the corner. Apartment good size. Dish soap, hand soap and shower soap provided. Two bedrooms and one sofa bed in living room. Shout out to Janice on reception, super welcoming, friendly and helpful Cons: Apartment not quite like pictures, dining table was large, tatty and chipped, no side tables next to sofa but a dressing table in the living room! No shelving in bathroom except window sill. Flat could do with updated and more useful interiors. Kitchen equipment ok but could do with smaller pans.

Lovey spacious rooms. Quiet but central location. 5 minute walk from bus station. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is bright, clean, and very well-maintained. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and the staff are communicative and friendly — a truly great place to call home!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom toilet did not flush properly and the shower pressure was a little low. The room was clean but was not thorough. It was not a bad stay however it can be improved

Overall, it has been a lovely week! We visited Malta on Lenten season (Good Friday onwards) The Triton has been our base, and it was on point from description, check-in details were prompt and communication has been smooth.

I had an excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with stunning views. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Highly recommended if you are under a budget. The location is perfect, close to beaches, food streets and supermakets. The property is really worthy of the money. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our time at the Triton apartments. The building is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and daily housekeeping was very good. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We loved that our unit had a balcony with a view of the sea and promenade. The kitchen was great to have as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The unit was immaculately clean & I enjoyed the kitchenette. However, nothing excuses the overall poor communication on multiple levels! 1. Receiving numerous emails regarding self check-in instructions (inc the apt #) only to arrive & be met by a rude receptionist who lectures about check-in... She also inquired & received confirmation that I'm traveling alone. 2. I'm told explicitly that there will be no cleaning service because I have a short stay (3 nights). I say that's fine; I don't need cleaning. However, on Sunday morning, I am woken to find a STRANGER INSIDE THE APARTMENT!! Given that I left the door locked with the key in the door (for added security), I was TERRIFIED!! 3. I contact management in writing - still no response. 4. Later that day, I encounter the same receptionist. She gaslights me saying that she told me at check-in that I would only have cleaning "one day on, one day off." NO. I know what I heard, remember my exact reply and above all else, how does someone enter when I've locked it from the inside with the key still in the lock?!? 5. Also, there was no signage or evidently other means to prevent anyone from entering the unit without my knowledge/consent. I've never felt so scared & unsafe as a solo traveler. And the Triton's utter disregard not to mention gaslighting highlights that they don't care for their guests' overall well-being. I left that night so I could feel both I and my belongings were safe. Good luck if you choose to stay here.

10 min walk from bus station, well placed for exploring Bugibba. There was some building work on properties nearby but caused no disturbance. Friendly, helpful reception and cleaning staff. Well maintained room with modern bathroom, living area a little dated. A microwave would have been useful and if the 2 English movie channels had worked, only had english news and travel shows.

Quiet location within 5 minutes walk of the bus station and close to restaurants. Straightforward check inarrangements.

We enjoyed there, close to all aminities, bay walk miniutes away.

This is an OK apartment hotel for the family who wants to keep down hotel costs. Everything is as can be expected for the price. No real issues with the exception of cleaning that was quite horrible. The management was informed about the lack of cleaning and seemed very concerned about it. Whether this will lead to some real change is anyone's guess. This is a good base for exploring Malta with a reasonable parking situation and the bus station nearby.

Our stay at Triton apartments was great...the studio was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our cleaner Michelle, was a pleasure to meet and a great help. Any issues were promptly dealt with. Location was lovely, view of the sea from our balcony and the National Aquarium was just down the road with a cafe, tourist information office and great playground for the kids. Only downside was no washing machine, although we were given a laundry contact and mattresses were a little lumpy.. but after a hard days sightseeing we hardly noticed! All in all a great base for exploring the beautiful islands of Malta♡

Before initial arrival, we had to call to arrange to be let in, to which we were told Expedia should have passed on a door code and had to then ring again to get an email address for owner. On arrival, we were greeted by owner and given the key to our studio. In the apartment was a sofa bed and double bed (which folded down from the cupboard and left a large space above the top of the bed - myself and my partner slept on the sofa bed as it was comfier than the mattress. There were some hairs in the shower and we found a dead fly in the bed sheets. Floors were clean. Cutlery was dirty in the drawer, and had to be washed before using it. Hot water was only just enough for two showers. On third day of six, we had to ask the cleaner to change our bins as we had had no basic room service up to that point - and we also received new towels, and new bedding on Day 3. The cleaner did leave the french window open - leaving the room unsecured. We rang the owner again to see how often we should get basic room service and we were informed that new towels and bins should emptied every other day - but this only happened for us once during our stay. The kitchenette was satisfactory with the bare essentials and a working clean oven and two ring electric hob.
