Clean room

The property was very nice. However we had problems with the security box and to change rooms Then in the other room there was no hot water and there was no hot water. The employees were very kind and every thing was very clean.

The only issue I did not expect was restaurant dining not available and the bar being closed as well. Aside from this it was a pretty good place to stay at a comfortable price.

They should install a vending machine

Totally enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

It’s a good hotel but need up keeping in the room

The room was dated. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. No AC. The hot water took too long. The towels were very hard and smelled. The only great thing was the breakfast. The ladies there were awesome. The reception staff were very friendly. We had the street view and at night it was so noisy

The breakfast was outstanding; it is not the usual breakfast included at these hotels, but much better and varied. In addition, the servers were amazing. As I stated, the property is average; some things may need some improvement, such as the mattresses and towels.

That’s no one to help you with the bags no elevator no room service because there no the restaurant so more things

Safe place and clean

Great place to stay that is easy to get taxis and good dining close by. Staff are great and very helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

In my case my stay was good. The only exception I would say is the lack of an air conditioner, other than that everything is good.

Staff was really kind and helpful. We checked in past 2 am, and it was pretty easy. We booked 2 double rooms for 5 people for one night in a business trip, but their beds are twin, so smaller than we expected. We kindly ask if they have a room with bigger beds since we were three in one. They offered us an extra room with extra towels, so that was really helpful and made our stay better! Breakfast was fine. A buffet with the things you usually have for breakfast. So no complains. Parking was really convenient. Local area is fine since there are gas stations really close and the highway to continue the trip. Gym was almost inexistent since the equipment is not working. Showers are short, so they dont' work for tall people. But other than that it was fine, Thank you!

I don't know how can be a Best Western... It was a bad experience. First of all, they didn't want to accept my reservation as I paid in Expedia, after a long discussion with the lady in the front desk, she gave me the room what I paid for. The hotel has no elevator, amazing because is a building with 3 floors. The rooms are very old. The 2 things that shocked me the most: the rooms hadn't no towels and the no rooms with no heater or air is unthinkable in a city as Toluca. Other things: the phone in the bed room doesn't work, internet access doesn't work properly. The only thing that I enjoy was the continental breakfast, very good...

No hot water!! Dirty shower towels. And the pillow had hair from the previous guest. Beds are really really hard. The hotel faces one really busy street so all day you can hear the sound of cars , trucks and motorcycles . On the good side front desk and staff are really friendly.
