Casa Catrina is a first rate property run by caring, competent people. They satisfied every request we had promptly and with a smile. We enthusiastically recommend them!

The staff are super friendly and the food is excellent. There was a problem with the hot water one morning, but otherwise the shower was excellent. I will definitely be back when I come to Oaxaca.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del andador turístico, el templo de Santo Domingo y los mercados Benito Juárez e Independencia. Le di 4 estrellas porque se percibe un olor a drenaje por las escaleras, a pesar de que todo se veía limpio. El servicio es excelente. Todos súper atentos y amigables.

Quaint boutique hotel at excellent location and staff that takes care of your every need. Anna and her staff go above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again

Every time I go to Oaxaca, I stay at Casa Catrina. It is a very nice and cozy hotel. Everybody is very friendly and they make you feel at home. It’s my favorite place to stay. At night they close the door for safety, you just ring the bell and they will come to greet you. It’s at a walking distance to the main touristic places :)

Casa Catrina was a perfect stay for us the night we arrived in Oaxaca. It is a beautiful building with attention to details.

The staff was super noce and attentive. The food menu was very goood and not expensive, definetly coming back!

The location was perfect. I mean perfect!! The view from the roof deck, the nearby shopping, markets, places to eat, good coffee cafes, the main plaza, all these only a very short walk. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was so very good. Limited menu but fresh and served daily with baked pastries. There was some road work being done while we were there but the hotel itself was quite inside. The site it really lovely and the rooms done in color themes was just great. My only so not good comment is the beds were a bit hard after a few days and a coffee pot in the rooms would be nice but really no big deal. We would also highly recommend Jaime Armengol Juarez for tours and driving around the area. He did a super job for us and we felt very safe with him. He even drove us to the ocean ( 6 hours away )and picked us up after our stay there. When we returned to this hotel they were waiting and ready for us. We had an early morning flight out and once again they were ready for us with coffee brought to our room and someone there to help with our bags. We would stay here again!!!

Excelentes instalaciones y la atención del personal súper cálidos y atentos ! Lo único en que haría énfasis es en el ruido de las habitaciones que dan a la calle creo que sería necesario que pongan ventanas anti ruido de ahí en fuera todo maravilloso

Muy buena experiencia. La habitación estaba impecable. El personal muy amable y servicial, se tomó el tiempo de darnos recomendaciones de qué lugares visitar en la ciudad.

buena ubicación, hotel un poco antiguo pero todo muy limpio, las camas son comodísimas, el desayuno rico y el servicio atento.

Muy atentos desde el momento que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Nos dieron un mapa con los principales lugares históricos, museos, iglesias que deberiamos visitar. Un hotel muy seguro, limpio. Los desayunos muy buenos, con un pan muy sabroso, todo fresco. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable.
