Casa Raffaello

It wasnt the romantic getaway i had hoped for. It's hot amd stiffy with no AC. The balcony view was a wall, there are no screens on the windows so the mosquitoes eat you alive because you cant close the window or you'll die of heat exhaustion. We were extremely disappointed.

The room was nice and staff were polite. The hotel is located across from a club which had raves every night of our visit. It was very hard to sleep because of this.

Room was moderately clean. Could hear the local disco thump thumps all night, but it's expected. Very nice. Good location. Staff was great!

The room was clean and the staffs were nice. However, the hotel is located in a very loud area. I could hear music pounding until late and it was very hard to sleep. Also I got bit hard by bed bugs during my stay there. I think the hotel should treat the bed bugs to prevent it from affecting more customers

Clean room, lack of air conditioning.

Lovely and nice staff, clean rooms, and location. Water pressure is decent, and the rooms are soo spacious.

Creo que en general estuvo bien pero necesitan mejorar la calidad de las almohadas, las mias se notaban que estaban viejas... y eso da mal aspecto... el internet me fayó en mi habitación, la puerta del baño estaba en mal estado. Son cosas que pueden mejorar pero en general me agrado la zona a pesar del ruido pero ya sabia que iba a estar asi por la zona.

I love the location and the excellent receptionist. The only thing missing is air conditioner/heater.

A little bad smell in the bathroom

Great location, friendly and unobtrusive staff, especially the female security guard. Room was clean and bright. Great shower and bathroom. Beds were SUPER comfy and linens were spotless. Despite location on busy street, it was quiet at night. A fan was provided but I Would have liked to have had AC. Also suggest providing a source for potable water in each floor— two small bottles were in the room at check-in but never replaced. All in all would definitely stay here again, good value for price.

The room is nice and clean. The problem with this unit is the building. Is a 4 floor apartment and not elevator. The high room number you get the highest floor you gonna go up. Plus no AC in room and the only fan is speed broken. Just make sure you know the details before you ge it.

I had a great stay

The room did not match the description. It was an inside room, with only one window to the stairs. No ventilation at all, only a fan. The room was super dark, forced you to have the lights on. Since it’s an inside room, the room was extremely hot. Additionally, there is not a 24 hours front desk as advertised, only a security guard. The door bell did not work and it took about 25 minutes to the guard to open the door during the night time, even if you could see her, she did not listen the door bell. Lastly, it gives a very bad impression to look at the security guard sleeping overnight, on the floor by the entrance under the stairs.

It's super basic but good

El inconveniente es que son muchas escaleras para las habitaciones y no se cuenta con elevador

It is a very simple and well-designed hotel. I was looking forward to coming back to our room. When i stayed. There are restaurants store and cafes around, which is convenient. The staff was also kind. I want to stay again
