Eco Hotel Green River

El lugar tiene un olor muy desagradable en el cuarto y el baño. Adicional no hay internet, a veces llega la señal pero muy baja y por muy poco tiempo.

Huge disappointment 😥 the photos and Google rating is misleading. Hotel is very old, has got mold in 50% of the rooms and WiFi works only close to reception

Lovely hacienda style motel. Large room includes fridge. Communal kitchen for food prep. Great pool. Large property. Excellent staff. Close to Centro. Italian restaurant across the road.

This is a unique property that was originally a ranch hacienda. The units are what probably housed the workers. They are basic and comfortable but have not been updated. Not for those travellers who want shiny and new.The pool area has seen the ravages of the last hurricane. Nonetheless we enjoyed the experience, the green space, and the reprieve from Merida. The wifi and air conditioner worked well. The staff were helpful, informative and friendly. The price was right for those on an extended trip. Imagine our surprise to find an authentic Italian restaurant across the street where the serve fresh pasta.

The personnel was rude and they only care about money. Shower didn’t work and there were vermice in the propwety

Pretty grounds surrounding the hotel rooms. Clean and cute almost bungalow type rooms and we loved them. It felt more private than a large hotel and walking down a long dark hall to our room number. Not like that at all at green River! Pool looked inviting but we didn’t have time to try. Too much to see near the hotel so we headed out early each day I would recommend this place!

Great hotel, not far from my hometown Citilcum, truly keeps it Yucatecan roots. So much character, Mexican style theme...staff is just great, friendly and go on & beyond, it's a warm & family oriented atmosphere I will definitely be visiting again.

Far a way from city center, we were the only guests, no place to eat. Swimming pool dirty. Not recommended.

Nice hotel and lovely grounds. Close enough to center to walk but then again it's a tiny town.

Very big property that is very well maintained. I recommend this place to those who want to relax in a hammock, swim in an outdoor pool, and have a short 10-minute walk to the center of town.

The property is beautiful. Palms and tropical foliage. A large pool and quaint rooms. Unfortunately the buildings and garden area's are in need of major updating and cleaning. The wifi is only good from the main office but the price is right on target for what we got and they totally accepted our 3 dogs at no extra charge.

El único detalle el olor del desagüe...teníamos que dejar destapado para que escurra el agua...pero si lo dejábamos mucho tiempo ( en qué salíamos) salía mal olor

No estoy encabronado con el hotel sino con su pinche aplicación me robaron solo mi dinero y ojala tengan la dignidad de ponerse en contacto con migo para que le duga sus pendejadas
