The hotel is not very clean. The room I had smelled damp and the sheets were wet.

The restrooms in the lobby were very dirty

The area around the hotel was a bit run down & scary to drive through at night, but the hotel itself was very clean and the check-in staff & bellman were extremely friendly & attentive. We arrived late & chose to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There were just 2 of us & neither spoke much Spanish. We ordered a Cerveza (beer) & a rum & coke. The waitress had to send another waiter over to take our order, which was fine. He took forever to bring our drinks out. Then my boyfriend ordered a hamburger & fries & I order the ceviche. After a very long wait, they brought his meal out & said mine would be out shortly. I told him to go ahead & it his while it was hot. By the time mine came out, he was through eating, & to top it off, my ceviche tasted like they had just made it. The fish had not been properly marinated long enough & I could not eat it. Needless to say, the hotel restaurant food & service was horrible, but our room & interaction with the rest of the hotel staff was excellent!

Everything it’s completely dirty, floors, furniture, the property it’s literally falling apart, do not book this property

It’s a little far from the malecón but it was clean and quiet.

Our key didn’t work all the time we have to call for service but the we have to wait 10min. Our room wasn’t ready on time.

Rooftop pool looks nothing like the picture. No hammocks. Front desk was the worst. Complained about not having towels twice. Told them the tv in one of the rooms wasn’t working twice- they didn’t try to fix it. They only cleaned one of the rooms. In one room, the sink was leaking. We told them- they didn’t try to fix it. In the other room the bathroom lights would turn off randomly. The AC only worked in one room. At check out, they didn’t even ask how was my stay. I was waiting for them to ask me so I can tell them I had a horrible experience. Never coming back to that place.

Me entregaron una habitación sucia, con detalles de mantenimiento: hongo en plafón del baño, extractor lleno de polvo, el teléfono muy vició así como el control de televisión, no percibí protocolos de sanitización, tuve que pedir al gerente del hotel que revisara los detalles, quien se encargó de que me entregaran otra habitación, la cual era más amplia y en mejores condiciones, pero la televisión no funcionó. No se deben entregar así las habitaciones, habla de mucha falta de atención para sus clientes.
