Hotel Abadía Plaza

This hotel was old, unkempt, and filthy. The 5 rooms we booked were disgusting. 2 rooms had cockroaches, other rooms were not cleaned at all with dirty sheets and stinky trash. The pillows were old & stained, and there was questionable stains on the sheets. We would never stay here again.

It was a good location. I wish it had more towels, toilet paper and fans. We had one fan and it was not enough. No AC. The beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Wheather was good. Hot, but tje patio area got a good breeze. The only thing that would have made the stay more comfortable is ... AC. Room got really stuffy. We had to get another fan to manage through the night. Other than that.. very friendly and helpful people

They need to install air conditioners in the rooms

Great place to stay, very clean! The mattresses are a bit too firm and by the 3rd day my back was in pain but the other hotels we visited had the same kind.

This facility was easy to access by car and using google maps. The buffet is only open during the busy season, so the only available food when I visited was "À la carte". Closeness to drugstore and convenience stores are a plus. We wished that they rooms had A/C units but the rooms are not advertised as such so I keep my 5 stars review.

Quiet place, it has swiming pool

The stay was okay, wish they had a snack bar or restaurant inside. The staff members were rude when we checked in, they didnt want to help us check in, felt like we were being ignored and unwelcomed. I wish we stayed somewhere else were we felt a bit of hospitality.

It all depends on everybody expectations. For me is not what I expected when I made the reservation. On pictures look nice but is not. Rooms and location are very terrible! I wouldn't return there. Do your homework because you will get a surprise if you just go by the pictures.

Bad attitude of the front desk at check in. On top of that she told me that Breakfast buffet was included and this morning waiters asked me to pay. She tricked me into going to the buffet as included and then they charged me for it. They cheat in order to get people on the simple buffet.

It was ok, rooms are very old. Beds hard, but location is close to everything. Staff very friendly!

The mattress and pillows were hard. The sheets and blankets need to be updated, they looked old and dirty. Need better quality of Wifi

Everything was great except for the shower...it had no water to be able to take shower

The views from this hotel are amazing, especially from the second floor! We loved the colonial feel of the architecture and the decor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bellboy helped us make a reservation for a great tour that picked us up right from the hotel. The room with two double beds was a bit on the small size but definitely enough for the price for a family of four. The cable was good and WIFI was strong enough for a Zoom meeting for work. The gardens are well taken care of and the enclosed parking made us feel good about leaving our car parked there without moving it for three days. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed their Sunday breakfast buffet and the tacos at the on site restaurant for supper. If you are walkers, the downtown is not too far away. We walked there and back at least once every day to enjoy the museums, parks, and restaurants. We would definitely stay there, again!

Great hotel! It has its own taco shop in the evenings. Great location, very safe, clean and friendly staff. We took a car since we drove from Guadalajara but we never moved it. We took taxi to downtown for about 60 pesos which is about $4 dlls . No A/C in the rooms but we never missed it. The weather is great in the beginning of June

Very nice location, close to stores and pharmacy. Great food and beautiful gardens.

Great little place! Friendly staff and fast service. Laundry service (dried on a clothesline) is really inexpensive.

My room was close to pool but noise all night I guess the machine for pool was what was making noise all day and night made it really hard to fall asleep also a restaurant kitchen was next to it could hear the blender when was turned on and when employees was cleaning up to close so noise stoped like 12am the bathroom shower has a very frustrating had turn on shower for for more then 20 minutes be for showering for hot water to come out
