Hotel Costa Verde

I didn’t like the elevator.

Room was very clean! There were no amenities, no fridge, no coffee maker..very basic room. The pool was great and so were the staff. The location is very convenient to restaurants and a nice beach walk.

Llegue al Hotel y la persona de reception muy grocers, llegue muy acalorada, y no tienen Aire Acondicionado en ningun lugar , solo en las Habitaciones, y obviamente las tienen apagado el Aire Acondicionado, y lo que tarda, ademas las Primera la dos habitaciones que me of reception olían horrrrible, ademas que pague un upgrade con vista al mar, olian muy mal , en fin que a la 3a vez, semi funcionó, ya estaba alli , esperando que enfriara el Clima y entra una persona de Limpieza y sin tocar! Que a dejar toallas, muy mal , el cuarto no tenía silla, no lampara de noche , horrible y pague demasiado , queria llorar, la Alberca el Agua sucia, Lo unico buen Servicio son los botones de la entrada … Malisimo

Great service ans location. The hotel was clean and pool was lovely! Across the street from playa Martí - 10 minute bus ride to playa mocambo and 20 minute walk in either direction to many other beaches. The food choices are plentiful as well. Wonderful place to stay.

Falla mucho el internet y el cable

Good location two blocks away from Marti street where there are lots of cafes and bars to go to.

Internet muy deficiente

Un lugar con una linda vista y el balcón ideal para tener una charla, si buscas platicar con tu familia y disfrutar de la vista es el lugar ideal. Sin embargo, las camas son algo duras y hay bastante ruido de los carros al pasar. Solo algunas impresiones.

People smoke in corridors.

The other reviews were pretty accurate for the most part. The hotel is on a major road with thin walls so it is really noisy and hard to sleep if you get woken up easily. On my last night there on a Monday, someone was blasting music at 2am. The price was good and the pool is nice.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all and the cleanliness was terrible there were some hairs in the bathroom as well as next to the bed. Also the sheets, towels and mattresses were extremely old. The walls were pealing off. I just do not recommend this place. The only good thing I like about this hotel is the location and the view from the room (if you get ocean view).

What I liked was the friendly staff and so close to many good restaurants,coffee, dessrts, the beach. My only complaint is that the bed has a sheet and no blanket. I still have a runny nose two days later from being too cold at night. As much as I liked the hotel, the bedding choice was poorly thought out. One sheet for two people on a queen size bed was no fun. Its really the only thing I did not like.

The view and location and great. Staff could be a little friendly. They constantly ask for tips. The rooms are very bare.

Me amenizaron de cobrar extra por una llave extra, ya que éramos dos personas y solo nos dieron una sola llave
