Awesome property many options to dine in day and night, friendly environment!

A lot of law enforcement around due to being a tourist place, hotel was clean and neat and also very good short distance areas to eat.

Ubicación cercana al centro histórico de la CDMX, cama agradable y buena atencion por parte de su personal.

Great location for tourists, pretty much everything was super close to us. Our room was nice and clean. And everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is very clean...friendly staff..need to fix the shower doors on some rooms and provide toileitries on a daily basis.property is in the heartvof plaza garibaldi....the capital of mariachi end mexican food

Paid for a something but they tried to sell me something else, i was travelling with my wife book a superior suite with king bed, they told me that they no longe have that and they gave me a 2 beds and it was so hot their was an AC but it wasn't working. Even the location when u click on their location on the page it drives me.somewhere else where we almost got rip off but a guy in a free parking lot who told us that he was expecting us and he got our coupon and was telling us to open the truck worst experience ever

Stayed at the Hotel MX Garibaldi for a few days on a vacation trip and we loved the location right on the Garibaldi plaza. I highly recommend!!

Clean, friendly hotel accommodation but no air conditioning made the room unenjoyable due to the stuffiness.

I liked that it was close to Plaza Garibaldi. Which I went to enjoy the restaurants and the Mariachis. What I did not like, was that the AC was not working. It was so hot that I had to open the window with the possibility of a bug getting in.

No A/C. I asked several times throughout my stay for a fan but they refused. The heat is unbearable and there was mold in the restroom. They turn off the lights in the garage area at night and Ubers refused to drop me off inside the hotel at night because of this. The WiFi is really slow and the breakfast server was rude to us. My final complaint is the noise level but I love mariachi so it gets a pass

La plaza donde se encuentra el hotel está muy bien, muy céntrico y el desayuno está bien. Único problema es que el hotel no cuenta con AC y no tiene abanicos ni renta de ellos.

The rooms are not sound proof. Very noisy. No air conditioning in the room or bathroom. Breakfast were good some.

Breakfast should be more diverse. No air conditioner Location is good.
