Hotel MX mas centro CDMX, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Hotel MX is in a great location at the heart of the center of CDMX with multiple stores, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet location that’s close enough to the hot spots in CDMX this is a place I’d recommend staying at. It’s a 2 to 3 mile drive to places like Handshake Speakeasy, Taqueria Orinoco, etc. The hotel could do a bit better with cleanliness but it wasn’t terrible. And for the price it made our trip that much more enjoyable.

For the cost, this hotel is an excellent choice. It is in a good location to so much and Ubers are very inexpensive in CDMX. The morning breakfast was OK, but having on an open rooftop was very nice. I found the surrounding area to be quiet after 10pm and the walls in the room keeps most noise low. I bring a white noise device regardless and slept well. Housekeeping came everyday and kept the room in excellent condition. I stayed in the suite, which was the least expensive. The reception staff were very nice and helpful all six days we stayed. Two free small waters every day was a nice touch. I usually dont offer suggestions, since hotels don't seem to take them seriously. But some improvements would be more than two towels every day, the closet has very little light, so I had to use my phone light to see. It has a safe, which is good. There were only about 4 hangers, we needed about 15. The soap dispensers are attached to the wall, so trying to get soap for the shower or sink was difficult. I eventually just took them off the wall to get soap. I still would recommend this very nice and cozy hotel, and I would stay again.

This is not a hotel for ADA, elderly or anyone with going up stairs. They elevator keep braking everyday. We had to look somewhere else to accommodate my grabdma.

I book there to walked around downtown late and have goos sleep. Wrong it was a noise every 3 min after 11:00 pm we report the service desk guy when and recorded say he would show that to his boss but nothing happen. Beside that the day of arrival it was a rusty water bottle cover o. The sink. The floor was sticky and we could never get breakfast. The front desk couldn't help with uber number or guide. Very bad experience can Not download the video. Nut the front desk guy have it.

The hotel was quite close to many of the main areas. It was walkable distance to a lot of places and quite safe to walk around. We truly loved our experience and plan to return soon!

These idiotic people couldn’t change my date

Was a very lovely old building. No English speaking so hard to communicate. Got charged for a breakfast for extra hours but we didnt have breakfast last day due to our flight times. Feel should of not got charged for the extra hours.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for the week that we visited Mexico City. Each day we came back and our bed was freshly made, the floors cleaned, and all trash was taken out. Breakfast was served everyday on the rooftop and it was good as well as service was great. We also enjoyed the quick room service on late nights we didnt want to go out. We also liked that it was in centro so it gave us easy access to the convenient stores, bakeries, and other shopping. We can honestly say on our next visit we will be booking this hotel again.

Super location, 2 blocks from main square. Easy access to restaurants and other tourist services. Rooftop breakfast service was good and buffet for a boutique hotel was varied. They had all the standards each day (scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, cereal etc) but had a different main dish each day which really helped during my 5 day trip. Room was small but efficient. Room was clean but not pristine clean. (eg. bathmat was stained) Quiet despite downtown location (but also because rooms open on central courtyard without exterior windows). Staff was efficient and helpful in my few dealings with them. Small snackbar which I never used in main lobby. Has charm of being a converted palatial residence. Reasonably priced.

Family suite was good. Bathroom was good. A/C good.

The place is nice and clean, the breakfast, although with little variety, is good, and the location is excellent. I would definitely stay there again. The reception staff is very friendly and willing to help. A very pleasant stay.

This hotel is in a very convenient location in a beautiful building with lots of history. The breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable. Everything was extremely clean. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.
