Friendly, clean, excellent customer service, location, and great breakfast. Arela and Yamile did great keeping every pan and food container filled and heated and trays with freshly cut fruit. Coffee was great!!!
My only suggestion would be to check the mattresses., our was a little bit too hard. Maybe get them a little softer.

Very economical and convenient hotel..
Room was hot with no cooling, the large fan made it bearable, a bit noisy, but was good.

Location. Is a 5 star location, just two minutes from zocalo. The TV was good in the room, the breakfast area was very good, including the food. Coffee, hot water for tea and Hot Chocolate 24/7
However the rooms are small. Was no liquid soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner.
Friendly staff, safe area even if do not looks like.

It's hard to reach by car to the hotel entrance. The hotel.entramce is on the back of a restaurant so it smels bad around. But once you entre everything is ok. Comparing the staff at the Centro branch they are a bit colder but still good. And about the smell outside I don't think they can do anything about it because it's not their fault. Still a great location though

We traveled as a couple. March. 6 nights. The rooms are so small, don't have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, that made nights so hot.
