No windows

The pictures online are of the rooms on the top floor. The rooms in the first three floors are small not well maintained and the bathrooms wreak of sewer water. The room I stayed at had bed bugs.

Everyone at hotel was very friendly and helpful

Remodled rooms- clean and affordable. Hot water available for showers. Great customer service. Within walking distance from the church.

I could not sleep for. 2 nights it was noice i complained to the recepsionist tha he was being loud with some of his friends. It was 12 am i went down to first floor to tell the guy in front desk if he and his 2 friends could keep it down that i was trieing to sleep. He told me that "i am sorry we will keep it down". They did for 10 min then they continue being loud for the rest of his shift that is about 4 am.

Our room smelled bad. There were no windows in our room, however, there was a window in the hallway by our room and the smell from what I believe was the sewers was very strong in our room. It was terrible.

Muy limpio

Es un lugar práctico sin embargo aunque en la aplicación aparece como pagado, se debe pagar al llegar a la propiedad en efectivo.

La estancia estubo normal, cerca de la Iglesia , el detalle en las habitaciones muy antiguas, las camas al sentarse rechinaba, las sábanas no se veía limpias, el baño con hongos no se diga el área de la regadera, poca ventilación. El estacionamiento está planta baja por lo cual el ruido de los carros cada que los acomodan se escucha.La puerta del clóset, rota. Si tienen alergias no se los recomiendo, se acentúa más. Por la poca o casi nula ventilación, en temporada de calor, no es suficiente el ventilador de techo.

Nada recomendable , las sabanas sucias el dia que me toco acudir los huespedes de lado tenian mucho ruido , las habitaciones no son como estan en su presentación

Muy buen servicio del personal muy amables

Esta súper cerca para ir a pie a la iglesia, y en general todo ok! El único detalle que si cambiaría es la limpieza del baño, exactamente la regadera!

Todo excelente muy amables y la ubicación lo mejor a unos pasos de la basílica
