You get what you pay for, I guess. A stark white 8' x10' room, one light. I stayed one night late in November. There's no heating anywhere, the bed had two sheets to sleep under, no blankets. I had to sleep fully clothed to stay warm.

I do not recommend this property to anyone! It’s extremely dirty, filthy, no air as the windows are inside the building, no air. Very dirty sheets, we had 1 towel and couch pillowcases which are not for sleeping. When we complained to the staff, we were told that’s because all the cleaning ladies quit today!! And he also said that our room reminds him of jail! Hmmm nice… Just be prepared if you still want to visit this place!

It's an old hotel that has not got enough maintainance. Rooms doesn't have independent heathig. I asked the front desk for another room that were warmer but they mention they have central heathing only, which was not working well at the time. This time of the year the city is cold. Blankets available in the room are not enough to keep you comfortable. Fortunately we had a blanket in the car and that help us. Initially they gave us a room that was like a freezer, the toilet was not working and the entrance door had a hole!!! I understand this is an economic hotel, but for the money paid I'm sure I could have got something better.

I don’t stay no parking

I do not feel safety in the hotel. For me is not a good idea to have the parking lot out of the hotel.

When I checked in, both of the men at the desk were totally unaware of hotels.com and of my reservation. They wanted me to pay cash for the room. (Of course, it's possible that they WERE aware of the reservation, and were trying to get me to pay twice.) There was a school group staying in the hotel, and the noise level at 11:30 was higher than it should have been. There were people smoking in the dining area, using ashtrays presumably supplied by the hotel staff.

No salio agua caliente y el control remoto no funcionaba.

No pudimos quedarnos. Cuando llame para confirmar mi reservacion me dijeron que no existia ninguna reservacion. Por lo tanto tuvimos que buscar otras opciones pero si me cobraron la reservacion el dia siguiente . Que frustracion. Que negligencia

Funcional si lo que quieres es un lugar dónde dormir y bañarte.

No hay aire acondicionado, las ventanas están rotas, las sábanas sucias, teles antiguas, no hay jabón en el baño, el shampoo es solo un sobre el cual no se preocupan por preguntarte o brindarte más, no hay agua caliente, la regadera tira agua por la pared, condiciones deplorables el general

Muy bien, solo falta mejorar las instalaciones

Mala atencion del personal, habitacion en malas condiciones, no servia la luz de la habitacion y ofrece un servicio de estacionamiento con costo adicional que al final no proporcionaron teniendo que dejar el vehiculo en la calle

El hotel limpio y atención muy amable del personal aunado de lo céntrico del hotel

Excelente

No cuenta con aire acondicionado, es limpio, tranquilo y tiene lo básico para pasar la noche. Personal atento y amable.
