En general todo estuvo bien, servicio, limpieza y ubicación, solo que al llegar nos dieron una habitación que tenia un poco de olor a humedad, pero no reubicaron en otra que estaba mucho mejor

The guy at the front desk screwed up, couldn't find my reservation, i book 4 nights and was able to accommodate only 1 night at a higher price, exposed electrical wires in shower head, super hot water because it was hard to regulate temperature, water splashing on wal and toilet, no parking available on property or street. Stay away from this hotel!

I stayed in the fourth floor suite. It had everything we needed. Plenty space and privacy. Walk out balcony with a great view of the gulf.

I stayed at Venedik Hotel as an emergency option. It was a great surprise to find a cheap, well-located hotel with incredible staff. My only issue was with the AC unit, which apparently is managed by the staff. I could not regulate it by myself, either when to turn it on and off or the temperature, so I had to walk downstairs to request to turn it on again.

Muy bien en general, aunque la fachada es desconcertante porque no parece hotel. Pero está bien ubicado. Aunque le falta un poco de mobiliario (buró) entre las camas. Pero en general bien.

We booked weeks in advance and after a long and hot trip to the hotel from Mexico City, all we wanted to do was check-in and relax. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived, the people at the front desk did not find out reservation and they were not very polite nor kind regarding a situation, which was not our fault. After a while, they found the reservation and we were able to check-in. The service really depends on the person at the front desk when you seek help. A couple of the staff were very friendly and kind, while others acted as if they were doing you a service by just talking to you. Despite the hit or miss service, we really liked our room as it was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A downfall is that the WiFi did not reach our room and if we wanted to use it, we had to stand by the door. If the service was improved, we would be able to give a higher rating but the attitude with which we were greeted by most of the front desk people negatively impacted our stay.

This is a really low level hotel. Even though it was relatively clean, the rooms are very small, furniture and wall condition is very poor some with unpainted plaster, shower pressure almost nonexistent. From the moment we entered, couldn't wait to check out. Wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't return.

El aire acondicionado no es suficiente para la habitación… la terraza no está en las condiciones de las fotografías. Las hamacas ni siquiera están puestas. No hay estacionamiento suficiente. El personal no es muy amable al momento de la recepción.
