Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta – All Inclusive

Unfortunately, this place was not what we had expected. It was completely different from selling pictures.There were a lot of kids and people eating, smoking, and drinking at the pool. The accommodations at the beach were also dirty.

Krystal Grand was very clean with workers always working to maintain cleanliness. So friendly and helpful even with language difference. It can get very loud with activities and music. The food was adequate but not exceptional. Most appreciated was the workers and hospitality! Pools were great, both family pool and adult pool with ocean views! The beach was safe and accessible! Highly recommend for an all inclusive resort!

There was tiny ants in the bathroom. Restaurant very hard to get reservations. Other than that everything else was amazing very great time. Definitely recommend.

The staff was nice the property wan ran down… the photos online are completely misleading about the level of standards of the hotel. I stayed there 3h and we had enough, disgusting pool, disgusting buffet… poorly maintained facility with broken tiles everywhere… not a 4 star hotel, maybe in the 1970’s when it was brand new but definitely not now.

The property advertised kid friendly and the amenities for the kids were non existent. Limited food, noisy rooms and not the best location.

Overall family friendly pools and activities. To reserve to dine in the resturant was a bit of a hassle. Didnt get to try all the food due to having to book reseervation ahead of time. At the earliest a day before. And with a big group we had not all were able to be seated together. And had to reserve different times.

This was a nice property. The staff was helpful and food/drink was available most of the time. I would stay again. The downside was the pools grout had black spots and seemed like they could be cleaner. Also, the shower in our room didn’t get very warm. However, our overall stay was good and being out first time in Mexico, we had a great vacation!

Tuvimos una estancia placentera. Todos nos divertimos mucho y la atencion del personal fue muy buena. Solo dos pequeños inconvenientes. El primero fue que habia una fuga en el lavamanos la raportamos y como que nunca la pudieron arreglar bien. La segunda es que las bicicletas estacionarias y eliptica del gym no funcionaban bien.

Pretty resort, fun pool for families. Restaurants outdated /not comfortable. Food 6/10 (except the Asian restaurant - it was HORRIBLE) staff amazing (very few English speaking individuals- no biggie). The rooms need more TLC and homie vibes. Bed was a rock :/ towels were so hard and stiff. Nothing to do near by - but we made it fun (: Lastly the mini cafe that’s open majority of time is disgusting . The “desserts” are always the same unflavored cake type items …. No good dessert in buffet either. Basic like jello, pudding chocolate cake that was dry and no flavor unfortunately. 2pm ice cream was the ONLY good sweet treat on the whole resort. You can’t take anything from buffet to room if you want a treat/ kids snack in room. Room services was HORRIFIC. 5 hrs for a piece of chocolate cake - which was the same exact thing in the cafe area. Gross dessert :/ the beach was fun for an adult. But it is so choppy / not blue. It’s brown/green . But warm! Overall the staff and drinks were really good. But so much improvement is needed.

my only complaint is poor wifi service. That is all.

Service was great! House keeping ladies were awesome stopped twice a day to make sure we had enough towels and to see if we needed our beds made.

The property was actually pretty beautiful. The staff for the pools did not police it very well. Kids were in the adult only pool, we had black bands which apparently were to give us special options but when we wanted to sit where only black bands were aloud to sit, they were completely full of non black band guest. The room we had was beautiful, swim out room, but kids were playing late at night and kept us awake. Pur neighbors were smoking pot which was very unpleasant to smell! Many people including us got sick from the food. We will never be coming back to Krystal Grand!

We stayed for six nights and enjoyed everything about the hotel. The food was great, and the people were very friendly!!!

Kids area pool should be open for more than 1 hr. Kids under 4 should be permitted with adult supervision Buffett needed a little more TLC and employee supervision. Many children were touching food products multiple times unsupervised by parents. Smiles and friendliness would go along way with employees. Towels and lounge chairs were saved and taken by 8am every morning The lack of clarity regarding Uber pickups beingbatvthe top or the very bottom be the street

I liked this “all right” inclusive hotel. Often there were not enough seats around the family pool and certainly not enough with shade. The tile walkway was one of only two ways to get across the tiny resort a terribly slippery. I saw several people slip and slipped several times myself. Luckily, I never found myself in the fountain. The staff was so kind and the facilities clean. The entertainment staff was funny and kind, but often seemed over worked. The Japanese restaurant was my favorite and the food delicious. go Eric, you are the BEST waiter! The grill/ Italian restaurant had no a/c and in June was almost unbearable to eat inside. I felt badly for the staff. The buffet was nice and always had plentiful options for all. The snack bars were great. The beach access was wonderful and the beach long and walkable. I did not like our tiny balcony or how far our room was from the water in “Tower 4.” It was often loud at 2:00 am. I would bring ear plugs. I could not take a hot shower. Our water was not cold, but not warm. The room had a dead cockroach on the floor when we first entered. Better dead than alive, I guess. Overall, I enjoyed this resort, but will not be returning.

Amazing stay! The staff were wonderful. Special shout out to Arturo, Alejandro at the pool bar for making the trip extra special and making us feel like home. The buffet options were great, always hot and fresh. The food at Ayami were the highlight of our trip by far. Everything exceeded the other dishes as they came out. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient and came around twice offering to restock the mini fridge and provide fresh clean towels. We will be back.

This property wasn’t what we excepted. Our stay was no were as great as the pictures. The room we arrived to was dirty. The mini fridge had finger prints everywhere and there was dust/ trash on the floor. The first night our bathroom sink clogged up. We stayed up until 1AM for the maintenance man to tell us we had to change rooms because they were unable to unclog it. The room stunk like swear all night. The next morning we packed to switch rooms only to be told that they did not have any rooms available for us until 4PM. The service at PB was horrible. We were asked to either go back into that room or stay in the hospitality room. We had to leave all our luggage in a locker room until we were given a room after 4PM. The food was not as great as picture either. The buffet fruit had mold in it and most of the food was either gone or tasted bad. The snacks stands were probably the most we ate as food was always great. At the end we ended up upgrading to a room on the bottom floor with the pool, the service was much better and cleaning ladies were very attentive.
