One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Avoid at all costs. This hotel is in a shocking state. From the moment you walk in, the overwhelming smell of humidity and dampness hits you everywhere — hallways, rooms, common areas. It’s not subtle; it’s constant and unpleasant, and it gives the impression of a building that has been neglected for years. The room was old, worn out, and clearly lacking any meaningful maintenance. Visible signs of deterioration, tired furniture, and a general feeling of dirtiness made it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. This is not “aged charm” — it’s decay. The restaurant was just as bad. The same stale, musty smell lingered there, which immediately kills any appetite. The food options were extremely limited and completely unappealing, both in presentation and quality. Eating there felt more like a chore than a service. What truly made the experience unacceptable was the staff. Rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. Any concern or complaint was met with an attitude of “take it or leave it,” as if the hotel was doing the guests a favor by allowing us staying there. There was zero effort to be helpful, accommodating, or even polite. This property is badly managed, poorly maintained, and staffed by people who seem annoyed by the presence of guests. It does not deserve its name, its price point, or your time. We had not choice but to stay as the payment was non-refundable. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Todo muy limpio y buen servicio

The room smell so bad even when they changed to another room, still so bad, the pool is in really bad shape, they don’t have ramps to go to the restaurant so my mother in law who has walker, had to take the breakfast at the room, if you ask for some liquor at the bar, the are “out” but almost everything, the staff is not so friendly than any other place, my coffe maker didn’t work and the shower has mold everywhere

Very friendly and polite staff, specially Ruth at the front desk! In fact, all personnel are very friendly and always willing to help. Everybody at the restaurant very helpful and polite.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are old need some upgrades, like wooden floors, towels, pillows, coffee machines, safety box is not working.

La cafetera cuando la iba a usar sucia, la traté de limpiar con agua varias veces hasta que una de esas sacó un mosco. Fui y comenté en la recepción y ni me cambiaron la cafetera para el otro día que era lo mínimo ni se mostraron interesados en la situación.

We had to wait over an hour to check in because there were no rooms available.

Good size rooms but a bit outdated

Excellent value and nice rooms, restaurant, valet parking, etc. This hotel has been around for so long and it is still pretty good. Suggestions: The bathroom door is a sliding closet door that doesn't work. These doors area lack of privacy and is not easy to move. I reported that it was not working, and staff did nothing to fix it. My two cents: - Replace doors with standard doors - Change caulking in the showers for transparents ones and completely clean the mold form in the tiles - Provide newer towels ( look so worn out) Overall, very good place to stay.
