O will not recommend to anybody to stay at this property. It’s the worst place I ever stayed

Everything was great the only thing was that I spent like 3 days before my arrival to contact the person that booked me and no one ever answer other than that everything was spectacular I would definitely come back to theme everything is super close the beach is like one block away and most important is super safe for the kids

Excellent location, minutes from Quinta Avenida, the beach and full selection of restaurants. Spent 10 days with 11, 12 and 14 year old kids and had a blast. Pool area is great, overall quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. We would recommend and come here again. Things that need improving; only one of the stove elements worked, dryer didn't work so we had to hang all of our clothes, the furniture in the rooftop terrace needs replacing and only 4 beach towels and we're a family of 5 as well as not enough cutlery, only 3 forks but we made it work

Great quiet location. Close to everything. Apt was clean and perfect for our family.

I’ll start with the only negative, I had asked the concierge for airport pick up and drop off but there was nobody at the airport. It’s not exactly hard to find a taxi though, so not a major problem. The condo itself was larger than expected with a full-sized kitchen. There’s a 7-11 near the entrance to get a few essentials, like water. We would walk to the Mega Soriana supermarket every couple of days for groceries on Av. Constituentes and Av. 30 Norte. It’s about 1km away. There is a Super Aki close by too. For fresh fruit and vegetables, there’s a shop on Avenida CTM, (El Eden I think), next door to LUA. Beds were comfy, a/c worked well and the soundproofing was amazing. It was very quiet, surprisingly so, given how close it is to the Quinta (5th Ave). The beach is a few minutes walk down the hill and there are several good restaurants close by. If you want to eat at more authentic Mexican restaurants, walk up to 30th Ave, it’s not far. Awesome place, great location and a home away from home.

Location is excellent. Quiet oasis just steps from 5th Ave. The pool orientation captures the sun perfectly. Bed comfortable.

If your want to stay right in the center of everything - the location is great. However, if you want peace and quiet at night - look elsewhere. There are restaurants right outside the bedroom windows that blast music until midnight at least. Pros - convenient to beach and shopping. Comfortable beds, spacious living quarters, quiet pool area, big bedrooms and bathrooms and closets. Nicely decorated Cons - NO dishwasher, dryer was broken during our stay, they don’t supply ANY amenities so you have to go grocery shopping immediately upon arrival. No paper towels. No coffee. No coffee filters. They should charge $10 extra and just help out the guests! The pools close at 9pm. So if you’ve been out all day and want to take a quick dip -you’re out of luck. The toilets are VERY low flow. VERY. AC dripped on our heads while sitting at the kitchen counter. Kitchen didn’t have measuring cups or measuring spoons. There’s no ice maker and the staff didn’t fill the one ice cube tray that was in the freezer. The fridge looks like it has a water dispenser but it didn’t work. They had a stand alone water dispenser that also didn’t work. Window shades in the King room wouldn’t open. There is a safe in the bedroom that you lock w/a skeleton key, so you have to take it with you everywhere you go. It seems like they just turn this condo over quickly and never inspect it between guests. Overall it looked nice on the surfaces, but it just wasn’t well maintained

Love this place, second time staying here and I love it so much, all the staff and security are always so friendly.

Enough space, clean and quiet

We had difficulty getting our condo cleaned and during a 6 day stay, despite the promise it would be cleaned twice, it was cleaned only once. Further, the sheets were cheap and came off the mattress making for a tough night’s sleep. The location of the property is amazing. They need to work out some of the problems and it would be an amazing stay.

Excelente attention, we arrived late night and the staff was waiting for us with the best attitude. They were available and ready to help or assist us anytime during our whole stay. Great very well equipped place, you have everything in there. It is also very clean, quiet, safe and beautiful. So close to the beach.

The condo was in a great location just blocks from the beach and shopping/restaurants right at your footsteps. The pool was amazing in the complex and a nice option for days we did not want to get all sandy. Our host Laura was awesome and set up all of our excursions prior to our arrival. The condo was clean, stylishly decorated, and well maintained. Overall, we had a great time here and very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was fantastic. Quiet lush street on north end of Playa. 1.5 blocks to the beach. 1/2 block to shopping on 5th Avenue. Plenty of restaurant/bar options within steps. Courtyard and pool quiet, sunny for more of the day than expected. I thought the bldg would cast more of a shadow than it did.

We only stayed here one night because we extended a stay elsewhere. We arrived at 2pm and check in was fine. Lowis, our host, was pleasant and helpful. Our afternoon at the pool and rooftop patio was good. When we were getting ready for bed after coming back and putting our kids to bed, we found no blanket for the king size bed. My husband opened the closet in that bedroom to look for the blanket, and a horrible odor filled the bedroom. We had to open the windows completely and run the bathroom vent to minimize it enough to sleep. There were also random things like a single shoe in the closet that made it apparent that the unit had not been properly cleaned. If we had not been set to leave in the morning, I would have left to find a hotel or something. It was really bad. There were a few other things that were disappointing, although not nearly as bad as the smell. The rooftop "jacuzzi" was not heated. A jacuzzi is heated. My family was specifically interested in a jacuzzi. That was a disappointment. The Netflix did not work in the living room, so we all piled into the one bedroom to watch tv. The towels in the bathroom were not pleasant, certainly not "luxury." The water pressure was very low. The noise from the bars downstairs was very loud. Basically, it was way below the standard of a "luxury" condo at its price point. While there were good things about this unit, I was extremely disappointed.

Great location, close to the beach, Fifth Avenue shops and tons of restaurants. The pool was fantastic, the place was quiet but close to everything, the staff was super-friendly & helpful, and the fitness centre was well-maintained. Would definitely recommend and will come again.

Laura was really great, answered all our questions and been a great help. Our flight was delayed and she helped us stay for another night. Location is basically right next to 5th ave where you can find a lot of great restaurants, bar and souvenir shops. The staff is really friendly and you will feel safe with their 24hr of security. Will definitely stay here again.
