Great hotel, great seevice.

Me hospedé 2 noches. El staff muy amigable y servicial. Entra mucha luz por las noches a las recámaras por el baño. Noté en otra habitación que tenía una persiana tipo black out para evitar esto pero mi habitación no la tenía. La secadora de cabello no funcionaba y tampoco el teléfono del cuarto. Quise hacer un pedido de room service y tuve que ir al lobby a hacer mi pedido.

Hospitality was top-notch and place clean and safe. Pillows were a little thick for my liking, pool was average at best but overall it was delightful experience.

Bed was a little hard for my taste, my husband liked it. No refrigerator.

The prooerty is old and needs some updating. Carpet in bedroom is old and dirty.

Every time I go to Torreón I always stay in this hotel. I like how it looks clean and comfortable.

Me encantó que no tenian a alguien que me llevara a mi habitación al hacer check-in, realmente es algo que odio de los hoteles cuando te forzan a recibir esa ayuda que a mi consideración es innecesaria en la mayoria de los casos. La atención en mostrador fué muy amable en ambas ocasiones (registro y salida). Algo lamentable es que no cuenten con desayuno gratuito considerando el costo por noche, y los costos en el menú son bastante altos. A primera vista el hotel es muy bonito y está ordenado/decorado de una forma placentera, pero se ve que le falta mantenimiento al edificio, aunque no es algo que realmente afecte la estancia. La habitación es amplia y muy limpia, el baño también es gradable y espacioso, y las camas son bastante cómodas. En resumen, es una buena opción y lo volvería a considerar para estancias futuras.

The staff was the best. Specifically the bartender at the bar and all the waiters. The Valet guys were so nice. Everyone just made you feel welcomed!

Instalaciones buenas, las habitaciones ya necesita una remodelación para estar aún mejor. Buena ubicación muy sabroso el desayuno. Buena las bebidas con costo extra, aquí no existe el Todo incluido. Me volvería a quedar pero porque no hay algo en la ciudad aunque hay otros hoteles más económicos con los mismos servicios.

Very outdated. Rooms had an “old smell”. The shower was very, very old. Double rooms are large, but we had requested a single bed room and they said those are not guaranteed. Restaurant staff is very helpful and the food is good. We would not stay here again.

The place was pleasing to the eyes, however not having hot water for a nice shower really made it hard to enjoy. Also the bathroom lights in the windows keep the room too bright to get into a deep sleep. So I give it a poor rating because of the cold showers and sleepless nights.

Loved the bathroom in these rooms,the shower is separate from the bathtub and has lots of room,comfortable bed and pillows,only wish the mini fridge would work and also needs an ice machine,I had to ask for ice every night and a couple of times they run out of ice.
