MX Grand Suites

Very clean, extremely friendly personnel, the place exceeded my expectations by far! I will stay here again in my next visit to CDMX.

We stayed here for over a week and were immediately double charged for our booking. When I first reported it to the front desk, the staff member dismissed it and said they would look into it. The next day he asked me to write down my bank account information on a piece of paper so they could transfer the refund, which was odd since they already had my card from the Expedia booking. The following day another front desk employee, possibly the manager, told me they never needed that information, which was more concerning. He then asked me to cancel the dispute with my bank before the refund was issued, which felt shady. During the last five days of our stay, he called me to the front desk every time we entered or left the hotel to repeat that the refund had been approved and ask me to notify them when I received it. I had been very patient, so being repeatedly stopped about the same issue daily became uncomfortable. It has now been 9 days and I still have not received the refund. The room itself was clean, but housekeeping did not restock basic items. We were given about 1/4 roll of toilet paper for an 8-night stay and had to ask multiple times for more. The shower constantly alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. The hotel also advertises a washer and dryer, but when we found them in the garage they were broken, so we had to go to a laundromat. The treadmill in the gym was also broken.

We loved our stay here. Checkin was smooth, the room was very clean, great bed and shower. We really enjoyed having a balcony to sip our morning lattes on while listening to the sounds of the city waking up. Great restaurants within walking distance. Close to a train station and buses so access to other districts and the airport were seamless. Overall, we loved Mexico City and would love to come back. We would definitely stay at MX Grand suites again.

Some occasional loud music that could be heard in the lobby from the bar next door, but the room itself was beautiful, fully appointed, and quiet. no complaints, great experience

Good service

We liked our stay at MX Grand very much. It was a nice reprieve from the craziness of Mexico City. The locating was convenient to many things. We liked having a kitchen very much although the just have a Nespresso, so we ended up buying a small coffee maker for the mornings. The patio was nice and we were happy to be on the back side because of the street noise, but the view was off a parking lot. The bed was comfy and the staff very nice.

Gracias, Gerardo, por tu apoyo, atención y amabilidad. As a boutique hotel, we found it to be a perfect choice. The location is excellent, with everything you might need within a very short distance, and the suite is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities expected for an enjoyable stay. What truly made the difference, however, was Gerardo. He was consistently proactive, helpful, and genuinely kind, always ensuring that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Thank you, Gerardo, for your support, attention, and kindness.

Great Location! Very clean and modern. Staff was very polite and attentive at all hours. Definitely would stay again. Good water pressure in the shower. There's an OXXO at the corner and restaurants in the same street. Look at their hours they seem to close early. The one across street delicious.

Spacious room centrally located. Nice to have a deck and fortunately we were at the back of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a charge for various items in the room but no price list provided. Side streets are quiet and dark in the evenings.

Overall 3.5 rating. Nothing too bad, just a few random things like the water leaks out the shower a bit too much even when fully closed or the fridge made a random scary loud noise one night, but the staff is communicative, attentive, you have everything you need, huge rooms, good view if you have the garden view and in walking distance to so much great stuff.

Great staff, excellent room. A perfect home base for exploring Mexico City.

Everything about this hotel was incredible! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was always clean. It definitely felt like the perfect location at least for what my wife and I wanted to do. I would definitely come back to this place
