5-Star Review: Paradise Village Resort I recently stayed at Paradise Village Resort, and I can confidently say it lives up to its name. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and top-tier service. The grounds are absolutely stunning—lush gardens, beautiful pools, and direct beach access made every day feel like a dream. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable, with spacious rooms and balconies that offered breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets. We especially enjoyed the variety of dining options on-site, each meal fresh and flavorful. The themed dinners and entertainment in the evenings were a great bonus! Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, explore the nearby attractions, or enjoy some water sports, Paradise Village offers something for everyone. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone who just wants to unwind in a tropical paradise. I can’t recommend this resort enough—already planning our return trip!

Paradise Billage lives up to its name again and again. We brought our children here when they were young several times and now we have brought our grandchildren. I hope they continue the tradition and bring their children here too.

The accommodations were very ADA friendly, especially since I was recovering from a back injury. The service staff was friendly—Be careful that a couple of the employees offered their side jobs to my wife (massages) to undercut what the hotel is offering there. I believe one was the supervisor of the employees in the pool bar area. We did not accept any of these offers, of course. If you are one that does not like having services offered to you over the phone or poolside, this place can be concerning.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the management staff is not there to help unless you pay and pay and pay extra, the 1980 rooms were forced upon you and then when you complained to the management they said sorry, pay double. I couldn't believe the shear attitude the management displayed. I'm a platinum Expedia member and my advice is don't book your vacation here. Whatever response they respond with is a flat lie about working with you right away, we tried, Expedia should discontinue this place. I told them I would leave a bad review and the upper management said I don't care. Well I do and I care about my fellow Expedia members, I mean what else do you have, don't believe their response. Thanks everyone, I love Expedia for telling the truth.

The beach was beautiful, and the ocean too; no big waves there and shallow enough for my kids to get in the water. The water was nice and warm during my visit (late June). I didn't like the way the meals are structured. I was in the "All Inclusive" plan with my family but you have to be careful because not every meal and/or drink is included in the "All Inclusive" package, otherwise you could end up with extra charges. You have to open and close your tab every time, even if your charges are all covered in your package, which makes it inconvenient and unnecessary in my opinion. There's a lack of entertainment on site, compared to other hotels with all inclusive packages. You are only allowed one specialty restaurant reservation per stay, otherwise you have to pay for it; otherwise you have to visit the buffet every day, but the food is good there.

Property was great! Service from waiters was slightly slow specially when ordering in the lobby. Room was great had everything needed. Only thing would be extending the room service and lobby cafe hours 10:30pm is too early specially if u want a late night snack. Overall we had a great time and my boys had a blast

Beautiful property. However, guest who book from Expedia or other travel hosting sites stay in their very modest building, away from the owners. It’s clean but nothing special. My friend accidentally left with the plastic bracelet they give you at check-in. They charged me $15. They have 5 restaurants. The sushi was not the best, enjoyed the roof top bar. I enjoyed some of the activities. Compared to previous stays, they’ve decreased activity staff, I’ve experienced better with this resort. Happy Hour is nightly from 5 to 6pm. I wish it was longer hours.

Beach is great, and food has a good taste. A challenge for us is that we were assigned in Tonina Building which unfortunately it is quite outdated and in high need of renovation. Other not so good surprise is that, even though the option of All Inclusive is chosen, the hotel adds extra charge for using the gym.

My real rating would be 4.6 out of five for this hotel. I think the staff were great. The accommodation was great. The number of pools were great. The hotel architecture design, the food transportation the views all were great. I think the hotel requires a little bit of renovation, especially the shelves. I had two shelves in my room and one of them was completely loose the showers also, the Wi-Fi was great. The Internet was great everywhere. I wish there was an ATM in the hotel so I could have get some changes to be able to tip the staff. It was very hard to get changes specially Canadian dollar Changes The karaoke in the bar at the front of the Great Danielle, who was the bartender was great, Victor, Fidias, and Roman in the checking area in the lobby amazing Francisco gave me a ride at least to twice per day, he’s very kind and caring the pool on the fifth floor at the very end of the resort was also great. All the bartenders were great. The food and the snack was great. The pantry was amazing. The only other problem was the ride from the hotel to the beach and it’s not gonna be really pleasant. The roads that you gotta take to get there and I wish the beach bar was cleaner.
